A simple way of shopping, if it wasn't in stock it could be ordered, my first purchase had a scratch so took it back, and I was given a choice of pick up or home delivery, staff were helpful. Job done... Ver mais

The computer say's no.
Checked online for availability and the store was showing stock, but upon checking in person in store, no stock to be found, Not a good start, but the knowledgeable and friendly staff made up for the disappointment and ordered one in for me.

Great price
Great price, great service and nice option to click and collect at my nearest store. Overall very pleased and will continue to buy ‘physical’ music (CDs and hopefully vinyl albums) at HMV.

Not good enough, not acceptable.
Ordered an album in store, and after over a week no email to confirm delivery of my item, and still no sign.
Non exsistant communication, simply not good enough in today's competitive market.
My album would of been here within 24hours with Amazon, at the same price.
Hmv then wonder why people shop elsewhere?.
Sorry, will not be using hmv again!!.
