I wouldn't say it was a great experience, after all it was just buying a cd, the shop worker was helpful when I couldn't find the cd, she ordered it in online for me and it was delivered promptly, so no complaints

I go to HMV so much it’s like my second home! One of the workers Jas is so sweet and helpful! Best customer service ever. I’m always going back! Nothing but positive feedback for the staff!

The assistant, Jas, was excellent and very friendly. Great to talk to and when I gave my details she said she knew where exactly my order was as she had dealt with it previously. I waited only a few minutes for the parcel.
