THE WOKING HMV STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT AND MY ORDER ARRIVED SAFELY AND QUICKLY. THE PACKAGING WAS GOOD QUALITY AND THE PRODUCTS WERE IN PERFECT CONDITION. GOOD PRICES TOO, SO ALWAYS HAPPY TO SHOP WITH HMV.

Very helpful, friendly and efficient
The staff are EXREMELY helpful friendly and efficient. The shelves are well stocked and if they havent got what I want they can get it for me.

Came quickly
Came quickly, undamaged due to be packaged securely, everything i ordered came at the same time so didn’t have to wait longer for other parts of my order even when i ordered everything at the same time. Good, quick delivery.

Great service, helpful staff
Unfortunately the album I wanted on vinyl had been discontinued. But the excellent staff in there were able to order me another album by the same band and also highlighted an up and coming release of the band. The order was delivered to my home within a couple of days at no additional cost. Great service. Wonderful staff. I believe the staff member was called Ewan, they were a great help.
