Great thanks to staff.
Difficult to find stuff i wanted but was helped out by a very friendly member of staff and Josh on the till was kind and helpful. Staff are 10/10 for customer service.

I accidentally ordered a cd instead of…
I accidentally ordered a cd instead of a vinyl. Cant call to confirm order as costs to call!! Couldn't get a refund but have to reject order for it to be sent back otherwise would have to sort myself. I don't think I will be ordering anything else from hmv again as I can get better service and terms elsewhere.
