The part I ordered for my refrigerator did not fit even though it listed my fridge as compatible on the website. I asked to return it and received instructions that the original box had to be placed inside another box. The original box was pretty flat but long so I ended up having to put inside a quite large box. The post office quoted me a shipping price not much different than the price of the part, so not worth returning. If they allowed shipping in the original box I could have returned it at a reasonable price. Now I’m stuck with a part I can’t use and am out $80.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my return and their complete lack of follow‑up.
I returned an ice box after determining it was the wrong size. The item was never used, never installed, and never even test‑fit. This type of ice box does not require tools, power, or disassembly, and once I saw it was too narrow, it was immediately repackaged and returned. I paid out of pocket for the return shipping.
After receiving the return, the company emailed me stating that my refund was denied because the item was allegedly “no longer in new condition,” and that they would be shipping it back to me. I immediately replied disputing this determination and clearly explained that the item had never been used or installed in any way. That email was ignored.
I then called the company and was told a manager would call me back to review the issue. That callback never happened. Instead, the very next day, the ice box was shipped back to me via UPS without any response to my dispute, without a manager call, and without any attempt to resolve the situation.
As a result, I not only did not receive a refund, but I also lost money on return shipping just to have the same item sent back to me. Paying to return an unused item, being ignored when disputing the decision, and then having it shipped back anyway is unacceptable.
Even if a company disagrees with a return, ignoring written communication, failing to follow through on promised callbacks, and causing the customer to incur unnecessary shipping costs reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here, especially if there is any chance you may need to make a return.

Very simple: Their Chatbot looked up the model number of my stove, suggested a replacement part ($480), I purchased it, then looked at photos of that part number, (photo for this part was not provided by Hnk Parts), and realized the bot messed up and provided a part that will not fit. Within 3 minutes I cancelled the order and was charged a $13.00 order cancellation fee.
When I contacted them to say that was unacceptable since it was their system that recommended the part, I was spoken down to and was just told that they charge a cancellation fee regardless of the situation. Very frustrating.

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. They sent me the wrong part and couldn’t seem to figure out a return label with the part being retuned from a different address than it was sent to. I paid the shipping and sent the part back. Then they have taken 3 weeks to process the return and give me my money back. They are still processing it. Every time I reach out they say their “team is working on it” they received the wrong part they sent me over 3 weeks ago… complete incompetence. I think they are a scam.
** update. They issued my refund a little over 4 weeks after I had to pay to return the part to them. These guys are not a scam but are highly incompetent. Their customer service is lacking. With all the trouble they put me through, I would have expected any sort of option for them to try to fix the situation or send me the proper part. I feel that if I didn’t hound these guys daily they wouldn’t have responded to me. Shame, I would have liked to have my dishwasher fixed. Now I’ll find the part to order elsewhere.
The one man that kept answering the phones was nice and I did feel bad since he genuinely had no answers and was just working for a broken system.

I ordered an OEM part and the product was a perfect match and exactly as described. My item was packaged well, and arrived very quickly, well ahead of my expectations. The price was comparable to others, even a little under other suppliers (hence I choose hnk). My washer is up and running and my laundry pile is dwindling... for a minute;)

FedEx delivered my part to the wrong address. Hnk Parts immediately file a claim and refunded my money. I reordered the part from HnK Parts. Great company to work with!
