Rented a property for 8 nights. On day 5 a family member of the owner moved in to the house.

The property was supposed to be exclusively ours for the duration of our stay. The two parts of the property are only separated by internal doors so you could hear everything in the other part, talking, using the toilet and a child crying.

We had no option but to leave the property and ask for a refund for the remaining days.

While I appreciate, it is not Holiday Provence fault that the owner decided to let someone else use the property, but they are ignoring my e-mails and have not responded with my refund.

The staff I had communication with have tried to be helpful, but I consider the management to be unreliable and would not trust them with my business

Loué une maison sur ce site, arrivé sur site, le ménage de toute la maison n'était pas fait.
Passé la perte de temps pour profiter du weekend, la responsable nous propose un bon de réduction pour une prochaine résa.
Surprise, ce bon ne fonctionne pas et bien sûr ils ne répondent plus aux messages.
