Lovely location, poor service
Spent two night at the lodges in glen co . The hotel lodge itself was in a beautiful location however the lodges need updating. The tv was broke when we arrived the 1st night, hotel reception said all the staff were watching the Scotland game and drinking so couldn’t get fixed till the next day . Renewed the tv the next morning.
On the Saturday we ordered food , told us no staff for room service we’d need to come and get it . So one of us went to order at hotel restaurant. Came out on trays with no covers . It was pouring of rain and a good wee walk back . So had to do a double journey with trays .
The pillows on the beds are so hard we kept waking up .
Sent a complaint, told the manager is on annual leave and would get back to me . Still waiting.
This was 740 for two nights , not cheap !! Very disappointed
