I have been blown away by the amazing customer service that homeavdirect provides. I bought a record player a while back, mainly due to the price offered. Usually when you buy from sites that are cheaper than others you don't expect too much in terms of customer service. I was very wrong. There was a tiny chip in the lid - instantly replaced. After a year the motor failed - fixed and returned to me. I am so incredibly happy with the ongoing support that homeavdirect has provided. My support for over a year has been down to Vee and I would love to thank them for how amazing their support has been! Thanks so much.

Pre-purchase - staff were really helpful when looking to make a purchase online and went out of their way to help with an upgrade. Have had to put off an upgrade but will definitely revisit after moving due to excellent service.

Purchased an SVS SB3000 Subwoofer today and extremely pleased with the friendly professional service. Unit was ready for me to pick up after calling, put in the car and lots of advice too making sure I purchased what I actually needed. Very slick unit too.

But, much more important than that, these guys were on hand to immediately sort out a problem with the delivery company. They did this with great speed, efficiency and politeness. Follow great initial customer service in buying my home cinema system and being offered upgraded speakers do to supply issues.
One of my speaker drivers split which in conversation with the customer service agent there were implications that I had done this through some improper use. This is categorically not the case I was offered a new driver for the speaker at a discount and feeling I was being held over a barrel with little choice, I purchased the driver which I was told would be delivered in 3 days, 2 weeks on and still no driver. I have chased this and whilst my message was acknowledged and I was told ot was being chased I’ve had no part of communication explaining what the delay is.

I ordered a cinema speaker system at 8pm on Thursday. Delivered at 3pm on Saturday. Cheapest price in UK - £300 cheaper than Amazon. Brilliant...

In a word, excellent.

My speakers sadly arrived with a small ding sustained during delivery. I got in contact with customer services and they quickly arranged for some speakers to be sent out. On top of this they let me use the old speakers while I waited for the replacement.

Ordered a Bose 700 surround speaker - I noticed on the site that this was out of stock and back in stock on 17th January - I sent an e-mail to ask if back in stock and got a really quick response to say it was in stock - You cannot get these speakers anywhere else at the moment - Ordered it that day and next day it was delivered - Excellent Service all around with really helpful colleagues - Highly recommended

Sterling service with a minimum of fuss. I have ordered two items from this company in the last three weeks, a Denon CD player and an IFI Zen Blue DAC. The prices of both these items were very competitive and ordering online was user friendly. I received both purchases the next day which was very helpful. I had no email confirming my second order and none notifying me of dispatch of either which was a little unusual but, as the packages arrived the day after ordering, this was not an important factor. Additionally, I was able to seek confirmation via their website. A highly recommended and no fuss retailer!

Tried to order a small bluetooth speaker. Say they deliver free to mainland UK. Now told Scottish Highlands are not mainland and I am expected to pay an extra £12. This item could be shipped by Royal Mail but their system will not allow delivery to my address by Royal Mail.
Will buy somewhere else - rubbish service and another company rules by its systems

Twice in last fortnight I have phoned to check stock. Phone answered quickly, item in stock, ordered online and delivered by lunchtime the following day. Brilliant.
Over and above that their prices are very good.

I don't care if it was a "mistake", an AV company that prides itself on customer service should have better control over its inventory.

Another retailer with terrible communication and after sales “support” to the point they make things up about what they said to you even though you have everything in writing. Once they have your money their demeanour changes so be prepared for a hard time should there be an issue with your purchase.

Also check users accounts who have left positive reviews and you will see they look questionable.

Didnt have the YAMAHA ceiling speakers in stock and tried to fob me off with free upgrade? £10 more expensive unknown brand speakers? yeah right asked for a refund: 24 hours later still no refund!
