Got the item needed easily, great customer service

Very easy to order online. Contacted through every stage with updates. Would order again.

Ordered online for collection. Arrived at Homebase Biggleswade and the items were already loaded into a flat trolley so it was simple to transfer to my car. Great service.

Lorraine was amazing. Really helpful in getting the right colour for my room. Lovely lady.

Excellent service.
My visit today was dual purpose, for carpet fitting quote and to purchase a small sander.
Unfortunately I forgot to take my room measurement diagram but Paul at Tapi was very helpful and arranged a free home measuring check visit for me.

When seeking information about the sander Dave on the checkout immediately sent a colleague to me to help and the item was located and my questions answered (unfortunately I did not take note of the ladies name)

Item was ready and ready to collect apart from it was the wrong size to the one I ordered. Luckily I spotted this and asked them to swap it for the correct size. Would home delivery have made the same mistake?

Big thanks to Carole @biggleswade and Hayley @Huntingdon for sorting out my wallpaper issue. Went out of their way to find matching batch number for me, not just checking stock system but actually going on to the shop floor to see they were there and retaining them for me. Thanks you so much!

I needed a new kitchen and got designs and quotes from all the various companies. Homebase was one of the last on my list to check out but it was worth the wait.

I had a look and colour in mind and when I sent this off to Janet, the kitchen designer, she immediately understood what I was looking for. Her design and cabinets were exactly what I was looking for and at the most reasonable price I’d been quoted. On top of that, Janet herself is a knowledgeable and lovely lady and a dream to deal with. I’ve made a number of changes to my order alongside the kitchen and she’s handled it all with grace and patience! I genuinely can’t praise her enough, she is an asset to the Biggleswade branch.

I’ve been in store multiple times now and all the staff have been lovely and helpful, from the paint mixers to those who helped unload and load flooring into my car.

We bought our new, Whitstable kitchen from Janet in March this year (2024) and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. The service Janet gave was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. The actual kitchen is super. Excellent quality doors and carcasses and the quartz worktop is just stunning. Misleading information, items missing and the staff lying to me that they weren't available. I checked myself and found the missing item.

Order was ready on my arrival at store. The lady that served me was very friendly.

I was dealt with very quickly, the young male assistant was going off to help his colleague but gave me his attention. Then I was assisted with the young man helping me to my car and with his male colleague they managed to fit.my items strategically in my small boot, I was so grateful.

Items we're in stock and were quickly available to pickup. Collection staff were fantastic, went above and beyond to help us load the paving slabs into our vehicle. Fantastic.

Packaging torn and item was missing the brackets to hang on shower/enclosure. Will be returning

Dreadful service. Online order indicated the product available in Biggleswade store. Was greeted by a sales assistant, who didn’t have a clue on ‘click and collect’ process, and informed me my product was being picked. Kept waiting for 15mins, only to be told that they didn’t have the product in stock, and that I would receive a full refund (within 3-5 working days). I didn’t get the product ordered online and Homebase get 3-5 days interest in monies paid. Disgraceful!

We had a great experience with your kitchen designer Janet not only does she know her stuff she is a delightful lady to deal with.
With her expertise she saved us a lot of money and gave us a dream kitchen.
We had originally ordered a kitchen from Wren at a much higher price and we were having doubts on the day we went into homebase and looked at the displays upstairs.
The upshot is she calmed our stress and gave us the time needed to make the right decision for us which is exactly what we did, we cancelled the Wren kitchen and Janet planned not only our Kitchen but bathroom also.
It's all now complete and looks amazing and it all went very smoothly and we love it all.
