Item was so poorly designed it literally fell apart on install.

Friendly staff, click n collect easier, shame gone to administration tho.

Adrain and Bryn went above and beyond with the customer service they gave us today in store. Helpful with a refund and helped us with information to choose different stock, nothing was to much effort for them, even helped us out to our car. Good work lads.

Service was quick but the man serving me was rude and blunt and clearing hating the world

I couldn’t thank Paul enough from the Kitchen department at the Bodmin branch. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I had some concerns over the kitchen I had ordered and he very kindly sorted the problem for me. It was very much appreciated and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his great customer service.

I came in with a big list and no idea! I needed help with a big project and a lovely lady named Jo was right on hand and helped me find everything I needed and offered advice! Made my experience so easy and it was with a smile :) give this lady a raise!

Went to the Bodmin store yesterday and they had some lovely garden furniture on clearance. We were helped by Aiden who is an asset to the company. He gave us a brilliant price and was so helpfull and had a lovely manner. Nothing was to much trouble and spent ages with us helping us dismantle the furniture and cramming it all in our car. Well done Aiden, keep up the good work and will recommend this store to everyone.

Needed accurate Dulux colour match emulsion and this was obtained thanks to Paul’s polite diligence at the Bodmin Homebase branch today. The colour match machine’s calibration played up but Paul reset this and methodically made several tests to confirm an exact colour match for me. Absolutely outstanding customer service and definitely recommend getting Dulux colour match paints from Bodmin Homebase in preference to alternative outlets which were also considerably more expensive.

Had call to say not have both items even though said did on line how ever the gentleman said they upgraded me at no extra cost totally unexpected I was very happy and my walls look amazing

I went to Bodmin store where I met the manager (I can't remember his name), who was so helpful, kind and took me to the exact thing I was looking for. Visited Homebase in Bodmin. I have never been in there before and Paul was very helpful. He showed me exactly where I could find everything I needed. Nothing was too much trouble.
