Jacqueline in the Ruislip store was very friendly, polite and helpful.

1) Easy to order
2) Had a notification email when it was ready.
3) Special parking area for collections
4) Collected order, no waiting
5) Even had help loading into my car (was heavy)
Great service from start to finish - would use it again. I should have taken everyone’s name, but every single person I interacted with was polite, helpful and friendly. Well done team!
Only downside, it’s a bit of a drive to my local Homebase now.

Amazing service from Tina on the click and collect till. I had ordered the wrong size storage cubes online, Tina asked a couple of questions and kindly informed me that id made a mistake. She advised me on some better ones and processed the refund in exchange for the others. The retail industry needs more Tina’s! Smooth and faultless - thank you Tina!!

Choices of plants and flowers. Very clean brigh shop. Many other useful items / tools for the house. Susan Hogan at the checkout too was extremely helpful, friendly and seems enjoying her work there to please all her customers.

I want to sing the praises of Susan Hogan. She is an asset to your company, goes out of her way to help in any way she can. Is often working the tills on her own with just her self and the customer services open. Indeed comes in on her day off when your short staffed. I would very much like to nominate her for any reward scheme you have at Homebase,for being being an outstanding employee, she deserves it.
