Helpful staff!
We had to collect a click & collect. The staff were helpful sorting this, and for cancelling another order from another branch. This was helpful as they found what we needed at this branch in the clearance which saved us time.
The two staff we dealt with were an asset to Homebase as were so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful.

Richard Maloney Homebase Sevenoaks fantastic
We needed a new bathroom and visited Homebase at Sevenoaks
Meeting Richard Maloney made the process very easy and as stress free as is possible
He drew plans for us and listened to our needs and helped us choose our new bathroom, tiles radiators etc
He then directed us to Templar Installers who took over the surveying and installation side of things They have worked closely with Richard for many years and liaise with him throughout the whole process
Richard has been outstanding and I cannot recommend him highly enough
When the delivery company sent the wrong tiles he was on the case immediately and sorted it out
We now have a beautiful bathroom, completed by a fantastic team of installers and completed in 7 working days!
Thankyou Richard. I have already recommended you to everyone who has been admiring our beautiful bathroom

Everything went well.
Ordered an Outback BBQ click and collect. Everything worked well. The young guy who helped me to the car with the BBQ Was exceptionally helpful.

The process of ordering and collecting…
The process of ordering and collecting on the Site was easy. There was a small problem with the collection at the store but this was quickly solved by Sunny on the collection desk where I received excellent customer service
