Really good job done by Sam and Charlie to half board our loft. They worked quickly, cleared up all traces of debris and the loft is looking fabulous. Thank you! A very good job done
Organising a quotation was simply and quick. There were no high pressure tactics just good honest explanation and pricing of options. Having decided to proceed the lead time was short. The installer arrived on time, worked well and completed the job in less time than expected. The quality of workmanship was excellent and the thoughtfulness and care toward our home was excellent and very much appreciated. A careful explanation of the operation of our new loft ladder was appreciated. Overall we are extremely pleased with our choice, and the end result.

Great company
Really thorough initial meeting and helped with expectations. Good communication throughout the appointment booking leading upto the day of works. All turned up on time, polite, clean and friendly. Left with clear demonstration and provided assurances that left us feeling like we made exactly the right decision. Would highly recommend.

First class and professional from the person advising on what we needed through to the actual installation.
Turned up on time, did the job and left the installation site with nothing to show they had been there other than the new ladder!
I would highly recommend this company.

New loft laddar, hatch and vents
From start to finish, the process was easy and straight forward. The office was very helpful and communicated the timelines well. Work was done quickly and the landing was left clean and tidy. If there is one thing I would point out it would be the pricing, it is on the high end. But still overall very satisfied and would recommend

Very good service from quotation to…
Very good service from quotation to getting us booked in and we were even offered a cancellation slot so got it done a week before scheduled. Installation team were very friendly and polite making sure any questions I had were answered and each day left the house as if they hadn’t been there very pleasant experience all in all!
