what can I say - our specific advisor was Jordan and her assistant Hailey. Both we great to communicate with from the start. Jordan went out of her way to understand our financials and was more than willing to find us a competitive deal taking me to 80 years of age. Despite 3 previous brokers who I won’t name and shame here who told me either our case was too difficult or our pension income would not be sufficient. They were all wrong and our broker and this female led team delivered on a promise they would try and we received our mortgage offer on the right term a great interest rate locked for 5 years and the best deal which no other broker could or would work on. Yes they did charge £698 for the their fee but it was worth every penny as they delivered to me what I asked for and they over delivered in terms of speed. less than 4 weeks from when we first connected to full mortgage offer. I can safely reccomend this is a great broker who cares and will go the extra mile for all their clients. dont miss out on such a great broker. sometimes you really get what you pay for.
