Honest Burgers Opiniões 

This is the second time I have ordered from Honest Burger! I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt.

Our burgers are inedible and burnt. Also my “blue cheese” burger had no blue cheese.

Went to the portobello road branch the other day…. Firstly got my order wrong after about 5 minutes explaining what I wanted. Secondly, it took about 35 minutes to get the food and thirdly although the burger was good, the chips were pretty rubbish. This used to be one of the better burger joints in town but will steer clear from now on

Went to the Brewer St branch on my birthday and was not impressed. Uncomfortable seating that looked like it came from a Victorian village primary school, overly loud music (in a very small place), and slow service despite us being the only customers having arrived soon after they had opened. It was a hot day so I was expecting a nice glass of Coke with ice... and got a can with a straw stuck in the top.The overcooked burger was ok but way too small for the price. The rosemary fries were only just edible but we had to have them as they came with the burger and there is no option to have normal fries. Same with the coleslaw and sauces - all non-standard with extra ingredients. No ketchup or mayo, only chipotle mayo or bacon ketchup and no traditional options. It all seems more like dishonest to me! Will definitely never be going to this chain again, very disappointing.

Amazing food I dined in and the food was amazing people are saying the takeaway is bad.

Ordered via Uber a few times. Raw burger one time. Delivery over an hour late the next. Frankly I can’t be bothered with you anymore.

Covent Garden. Scruffy, dirty toilets located next to filthy kitchen floor. Not a good start.

Food came cold and none of our order request was carried out. Not good if you had allergies.

Went last night for a family birthday dinner burger was cremated chips had obviously been kept warm despite everyone paying their bill we were charged an extra £49 WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND

Great customer service, so friendly and gave great recommendations on the burgers they had. Great food, will definitely go again.

Specifically the Watford branch of Hinest is amazing. Mitch and the crew always welcoming and the best burger and restaurant experience I’ve ever had #1! Even booked my birthday there :)

Honest Burger in Borough

Honest Burger in Borough is great, it's been my go-to for a while now and it always has great service! Their house Gin and tonic is delicious too!

Pre ordered a ridiculously over priced burger from Liverpool Street branch. Arrived on time to collect, only to be told that “someone had stolen my order”, which for reasons I cannot fathom the two girls at the counter thought was hilarious - some of the poorest and most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever seen in England.

Had to wait 15 mins and miss a meeting while a replacement was cooked. No refund or comp offered (again with the atrocious customer service). It was then presented to me basically in pieces smeared all over the inside of the box, and it was TINY. At £15, this must have been one of the most expensive burgers pound for pound in the world. Tasted reasonable, after I’d reassembled it as best as possible, but really quite average - should be priced more like £5 than £15.

It’s a real shame. Honest used to make great burgers, big delicious juicy things, at around £10 a go. You now get 50% less size and 75% less quality for 50% more money. Done with them, patty and bun is right round the corner and is clearly streets ahead.

I am gluten intolerant and I ordered gluten free burger but I received the regular bun - HB staff confirmed that the bun is GF, but it was the same as my friend has. I spent 2 days in hospital because of the allergic reaction as the bun was not GF. The burger was tasty so I give you 2*, even it almost killed me.

I went on a wet Sunday, 3 of us and two small children. The staff could not have been more helpful. They smiled, provided high chairs, bowls and spoons for the children to eat their own food help. I have dietary restrictions. The staff had full details of all the ingredients - no emulsifiers, nitrates, artificial preservatives, flavours or colours, just good, wholesome, delicious food. he onion rings are to die for. The chips are cooked on their own so if you are vegetarian, vegan, kosher or halal you can eat them without worries. The burgers my friends had were delicious. The decor and cleanliness were good - a nice temperature - not too hot. The staff did not rush us at all even though we were taking up quite a lot of spaced They really did bend over backwards for us and nothing was too much trouble to make our meal and dining experience as good as possible. It will now be one of my go to places to take friends to who are visiting London

Great burgers, chips are amazing but portion size is too big! No one ever finishes the chips so they could save money (and food waste) by reducing the portions a little :-)

disgustinly overpriced wrong order ,wrong description of food and extremely extortionate for what I received, appalling and will advise every one I speak to too avoid it at all costs, !

Not bad food, the quality is okay.
