Excellent service, and great customer service! They managed to resolve my issue in no time at all, and the gift was well received.

Order was delayed but well communicated, once it arrived it looked ok but on closer inspection at a later date it turned out that the order was wrong! Unfortunately this wasn’t noted until I was wrapping it up for part of my twin daughters 18th birthday presents! Because of this I’ve had to keep it rather than arrange a return!

Not even worth 1 star! DO NOT USE! I spent over £100 on 4 sets of pjs and it’s been nothing but a pain since.
To say I’m say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The first order I made never arrived so I messaged and had to wait another week for the next lot to turn up. When the items did arrive I gave them to my friends for a 30th birthday present. One of the NAVY sets has stained my BRAND NEW cream sofa. I messaged the company with picture evidence only to be told there’s nothing they can do. After chasing it up again, they said they would take them back and investigate with the supplier but it would take WEEKS to sort. On top of this they have shown no empathy or compassion, it’s like talking to a robot.
All I want is my money back, or for my sofa to be cleaned!
I work in customer service and I’ve never heard anything like this in my life!
I would like to add, I’m not one to do this to small companies, I tend to only leave good reviews but the level of service I have received is unacceptable and I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with this.

Absolute SCAM pyjamas ordered stars ago estimated times are made up and I’m beginning to think nothing was even posted ! They NEVER reply to emails or chats iv tried contacting them through instagram too ! No tracking numbers provided and as yet my order which I placed 3 weeks ago is nowhere to be seen . Avoid using these CLOWNS at all costs it’s a total SCAM !!!!!!

Decent quality pyjamas in a lovely rich colour. Fit is good and the personalisation requested was first class. Prompt delivery. All in all a first class experience.

Disappointed that an order placed on 10/12 didn't go out to Royal Mail till morning of 22/12. They, then held it up internally, so that, despite reaching main Sorting Office the same night, it took till 28/12 for parcel to be delvered,finally, to my door.
Also, a bit disappointed with the (strange) font / style chosen for the text on the back of the garment. Almost UN-readable.

Bought silk personalised print pyjamas printed wrong way round, no reply from email no telephone contact and no reply on instagram messages, no address to send it back basically one way order-pay and that’s it! spent a lot and quality not as nice too, would NOT buy this website like this again.

Totally agree with the other review, this Company do not respond to emails/phone calls! Should NOT be in business and certainly ‘Not on The High Street’ should remove them as a seller! Ordered 80th Birthday Balloons 10 days before I needed them as Company stated they would be sent out and ‘tracked’ - I eventually received them over 2 weeks after placing the order!!! Utterly ridiculous! Obviously someone dipping in and out of something rather than committing to a business. SHOCKING, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Disgusting service. Product never received by Royal Mail. Hooraydays sent one email back asking to confirm shipping address nothing heard back since. Emails to the company get ignored, i have not received the product and they have not refunded me my money. This company is a SCAM DO NOT BUY!!!

Absolutely disgraceful communication by Hooray Days. I placed the order in good time to receive for my daughters birthday and followed up with an email to confirm the date needed. No response. Around 10 days later after numerous calls and emails which were ignored by the supplier I received an email back the day before her birthday saying that they didn’t know where they were and did I want a refund. I said I did want a refund but it never came and then yesterday 10
Days after my daughters birthday they arrived! Do not buy from this supplier.

Paid extra for faster shipping on some items but they shipped them 6 days after they said that they’d been dispatched. By the time they had arrived it was too late, the event had been and gone. No apology and they said I needed to pay to return the items. Avoid at all costs, dishonest seller

Apalling customer service. I messaged in advance to make sure that and order would have time to get to me in time which I was told it would (obv post office dependent). So I placed the order with plenty of time and they marked it as dispatched.
I was then messaged, the day before the date I had needed my order for, to say that they still hadn't dispatched and weren't expecting to receive my boxes until the following afternoon and would I like to cancel my order.
By this time in the day it was too late for me to order else where as it was virtually closing time at the post offices.
I had an apology for them not getting my product but no mention of the misleading dispatch notification or the fact they left it too late for me to order elsewhere.

Unfortunately the order was dispatched much later than advertised, had to repeatedly try and contact via email as no one answers the phone and when the pyjamas turned up - poor quality and one set were missing a button.
No quality checks clearly and poor customer service.
Would not recommend.

Cancelled order after 2 tracking numbers given but not despatched item which was purchased on 27th Feb (est. del 2nd-4th March) so I ordered based on this and was told it was not their delivery schedule it was website they advertise through and delivery schedule was longer and then on 4th March they told me item was now not in stock after emails chasing item and saying I did not want to pay extra for quicker delivery which they asked. Appalling so I went elsewhere
