Buying a Hot Tub for us was a bit of a mine field, so the information offered by Tony was so helpful, genuine and without any pressure to buy. This gave us great confidence, we had no need to look anywhere else. From our initial visit to the final installation of our Jacuzzi we were thoroughly impressed. Tony has also been most obliging and patient in answering our various questions on the phone. We would highly recommend Hot Tub Village to anyone else.

Hot tub is brilliant, people at hot tub village are so helpful, especially Tony, and the guy who delivered the tub with no problems what so ever. Really fast delivery if any chemicals needed and very good prices. Would recommend Hot Tub Village for everything.

An absolutely superb company that we have now used a number of times for replacement parts and for fixing our Jacuzzi. What sets them apart from their competitors in my opinion is their caring nature - they are truly interested in helping customers and are prepared to take the time to fully understand and advise on an issue even if it doesn't result in a sale. When it does come to purchases, whether at their shop or online, their prices are very reasonable. After relocating our much-loved Hot Tub in another part of the garden, we were dismayed to find it no longer worked! Despite advice to the contrary, we procrastinated for far too long, before deciding to see if it was still serviceable.
We were let down by nameless others who pursued the, 'need a new one' route. On speaking with Tony and Helen, this was never their main agenda. A site visit, a quote for replacement parts, and then the expert work of Paul has rekindled that love of lying in hot, bubbly water, staring at the stars, and looking forward to catching 2020 snowflakes in our mouths (remember the bobble hats though!).
If and when it eventually passes to the great hot tub garden in the sky, a trip to Stonham to secure a replacement will be the only way to get over the grief.

Very pleased with hot Tub village, Tony, Helen & Karl have helped us all the way with our purchase of the J-335 it is brilliant.

Friendly, knowledgeable and excellent service.

I had my tub installed early August. Prior to install Tony had been to my house to run through all my options and to give advice as to the best location in the garden for it. There was no hard sell or push for upgrade.

Once we'd chosen the tub, Tony and the guys at Hot Tub Village stored it for us until we were ready for install. They kept us updated on install date options and were always happy to give advice on technical detail for electrics etc

On day of install John came round early to start filling up a separate bag of water to speed up the filling of the tub once it arrived.

The tub came and the guys managed to get it through a tight gap in the fence and into it's position with no problems and proceeded to connect the electrics and fill her up.
They gave me advice on cleaning, walked through all the chemicals and functions, tidied up all the packaging and took it away with them.

Excellent service all round and we're really happy with our purchase.

I have purchased a lovely hot tub from Hot tub village. They were so helpful . They delivered it, connected everything up and have made a fantastic job of everything.
The pack they give us for treating the hot tube water has got everything we need to start us off. Very nice people to deal with.
