The most unique quality of my company, Hourglass Remodeling is the ability to solve issues before, during, and after completion of the remodeling project. When I first meet with my clients I listen to their needs, and develop a feel for what they are looking for. After listening to them, I will give my interpretation of what they said, and provide recommendations based upon my 40 years of remodeling in the St. Louis area. The next step in preparation begins with designing the project on the computer, and providing computer aided drawings in 3d and floor plan view. A description of the work to be done is provided. If changes are needed on the drawings or other items are added, updated drawings will be provided. During the process I take care of the clients home as if it were my own, giving as much dust protection as possible, and protecting the existing floors. If or when something is discovered after the walls or ceilings are opened up, I will solve any problems that arise without compromise. I can't see what others have done before me, but I will make it right on my watch. After the completion of the project the job is warranted for a period of two years for workmanship and material supplied by Hourglass Remodeling. My main goal is to provide customers with the highest quality craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. I am currently a distributor of the Onyx Collection, Rev-A-Shelf Products, Kohler products, Alumax Shower Enclosures, Sherwin Williams Paint samples. I also sell Wilsonart products & Formica plastic laminates, cabinet hardware from Hardware Resources and Richeleau. I am also a dealer for many more products, which in turn passes the savings on to my customers.
