Great service and really helpful staff @Accrington

Went to Howdens Accrington for a part for my mixer tap.The staff there were so helpful finding it online,ordered it and rang me when it arrived. Couldn't fault them.

Excellent service from the kitchen planner

friendly staff, free coffee machine which your encouraged to use. really competitive price I bought a kitchen for my tenants. prompt delivery and most important aspect of service any queried aspect of stuff ordered was dealt with immediately without question and resolved.
I would recommend accrington branch to all. I certainly will use them again.

The staff at Woodnook Primary School in Accrington would like to thank Howdens who have recently donated two ovens and a worktop. As a school this will make a huge difference to the children. Not only can the ovens be used for our breakfast club but also for our DT lessons. Stephen Barnes, who co-ordinated this, was amazing throughout.

Howdens at Accrington have superb staff. I had an appointment to sort a design for a kitchen. We spent a long time going through the design to make it fit. The customer moved the goalposts 4 times so each time we had to amend the plans to suit. The kitchen arrived as planned and fitted easily. The manager at Accrington is a pleasure to work with and his staff should be applauded for their service

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Lynne took time to make us feel welcome and helped us design our dream kitchen & utility room. No request was too much. We even changed an item a couple of days before delivery! Delivery was on time, delivered by 2 helpful men.
We will be back for fitted wardrobes.

From the first time we met the kitchen designer Lynne, we knew we were in good hands. Lynne listened to what we wanted from the design and made invaluable ideas to get the best from the space. We were never rushed and given time to ask questions before deciding on the final design which is fantastic! We can't thank Lynne and the staff at the Accrington depot enough for making our kitchen dreams come true.

Honestly felt the staff to be so helpful and nothing was to much for them. My original enquiry was made online and literally the following day Shaun rang me to discuss the matter. He is a great asset to the team. Answered all my questions. Gave me the best advice and also kept in touch with me and kept me in the loop throughout the process.
I then had the pleasure of being helped by the manager, Stuart. I realised straightaway that the positivity from the entire team and the willingness to help all stemmed down by the manager. I can honestly say nothing was too much. The day I came to pick up my order I was greeted by Stuart who answered all my questions and made it all simple and straight forward. He then proceeded to offer to get my large ordered delivered to my home, free of cost. He said the heavy doors would ruin my car. Honestly honestly I got a great deal anyway but I would pay that little bit extra if it was needed just to receive the service and great help that I did receive.
The truth is in this day and age it’s very rare to get this level of excellent service from anywhere. I was treated with great respect and for sure would be returning again in the near future.

Appointment was on time, gave me some good ideas to make my kitchen practical as well as aesthetically pleasing, coloured images of what it would look like and the best bit was getting a great deal with Steve the manager who really looks after his customers and that's why I will be putting more business his way. Thanks Steve and the team.

I needed help finding a specialist hinge for my Kitchen cupboards.Not only did Stephen help me, he ordered the part from Amazon and it was gifted to me as part of Howdens customer services.
