I don’t often leave reviews but I really wanted to give a massive shout out to Ruby, with whom it was a huge pleasure to work. From the first time we spoke on the phone, nothing was too much trouble for Ruby, whose patience and dedication were second to none.
I have always wanted a completely pink kitchen and, with the help of Rubys expertise and eye for design, we managed to come up with a plan my husband loves as much as I do. Ruby made everything fun and straightforward and we felt included and informed every step of the way.

Incredible service from the lovely Julie at #HowdensBromley... from the initial design process, through to the kitchen installation (including same-day tweaks - shout out to the amazing Trevor too!) Julie's experience and professionalism were outstanding - we can't rate her highly enough! Noting that my wife works in property management, her expectations are (how to phrase this delicately) H I G H, yet she was thrilled with the finish and whole experience working with Julie. Julie designed our utility area & it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Julie helped maximise our space & gave various options with pros and cons. We are very happy with our utility so thank you Julie & Howdens. Would definitely recommend Julie if you want a great & helpful designer.

Our designer Ruby was amazing! What a great customer service experience. Ruby was patient, professional, friendly, relaxed and honest.

Great experience from start to finish with amazing service from the whole team at Bromley. They've supplied fitted wardrobes, a desk, and various lighting solutions for three rooms so far. A fourth room is in progress and we will be back for a fully fitted office in due course. It all looks fantastic and the quality is great, so we hope to enjoy all of it for many years to come. Special praise for Ruby who is a ray of light and feels like part of the family now. Thank you Ruby!

Julie and I designed a kitchen together for one of my clients.

This included Clerkenwell reed green supermatt units doors with oak carcasses, honey oak, quick step flooring, all the appliances, skirtings, architrave and doors.

The outcome was superb.
Service and staff excellent at every turn.
Client over the moon so I'm happy.
Easy process and if anything changes as it regularly does due to on site decisions then Tom gets it sorted in no time at all.

We have recently had our kitchen planned and are very happy with the service we have received. We were invited to the showroom and were shown all the options available to us. Ruby designed and planned the kitchen and was more than happy to make any adjustments, while also advising what would or wouldn’t work in the space that we have. We were impressed at her knowledge of products and the skill and competence she showed. Kitchen is being delivered this Friday and we know that we can always call Ruby if we have any questions.

Excellent service today at Howdens in Bromley. Joe was so friendly and efficient, plus all items were in stock. I would highly recommend.

Ruby did a nice plan for my Kitchen she was informative and very helpful and above all courteous.The store had plenty of samples of kitchen types and colours etc which made decisions easier.

Had a kitchen refurbishment planned, had reviewed quite a number of other kitchen brands on social media. We arranged an onsite appointment visit with Julie, from the Howdens Bromley branch, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and very informative on the products with excellent communication. Julie was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process, demonstrating outstanding customer service, a credit to the team at Howdens Bromley.

I would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a new kitchen.

I was told my delivery would be in the morning after the first delivery, the people in the office basically lied to me all day and played me for a fool, eventually it turned up at almost 4pm! I had been sitting outside with tools set up and customer watching me do no work all because they kept saying it will be with me soon but never once would tell me the location of the driver or that the driver had been back and forth from the depot doing other deliveries. All whilst having an attitude on the phone. Driver told me he drove past my address 4 separate times throughout the day doing other deliveries.

Steph was very helpful and answered any questions with a smile.

Staff is very friendly. Changed were simple. Everything arrived as expected.
