I'd bought the wrong size interior doors. One call to Howdens, and they luckily had the size I needed in stock. I was able to exchange the doors so my contractor could still fit the doors for me that day. Really helpful staff. Thank you, Howdens.

Sophie Jay at Howdens has been a superb designer and link with our Builders as we have renovated our new home. From coming up with clever layouts for the kitchen & utility rooms and designing cupboards to fit into bedroom alcoves, she has exceeded our expectations. The fittings are all of high quality and watching the installation has been an eye opener.

I’ve been using Howdens for a number of years now and have always had great service. The products are good quality, and most of the items I need are in stock. If something isn’t available, it’s usually sourced very quickly, which helps keep my projects running on schedule.

More recently I’ve been dealing with Callum Ward, and we’ve completed several kitchens together. He’s been excellent to work with – he understands what I need as the builder, communicates well throughout the process, and is also great with my customers, taking the time to understand exactly what they want. That makes the whole process much smoother for everyone involved.

I’d happily recommend Howdens to other tradespeople and homeowners looking for reliable products and excellent customer service.

Very positive experience, Howdens BH who were friendly & helpful every time we called or visited. In particularly wish to thank Sophie, our designer. From first appointment with her when we had just moved in, up to the final choosing and ordering of our new kitchen. Sophie has been a steady hand, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I was recommended Howdens kitchens for a refurb job in Brighton ‘24. I cannot rate Carly (kitchen designer) more highly. She was incredible from the get-go, we clicked immediately and she ‘got’ everything I wanted to achieve. Her design was superb - cleverly working extra gems into the awkward shape room we had. She was so bright & quick to come up with ideas to share, which I really appreciated & her contact was always welcome. She also listened to & stuck to the brief, it was bang on every time we amended anything. She was able to offer economising solutions in some areas - brilliant - while upgrading in areas of importance (loved the wine cooler in the island, hidden waste solution and space she somehow found for Everything & all the clever extras!) We added to our order with units for seating in the dining area, I’ll upload a photo. It’s a lovely contrasting colour - again works so well & a great storage solution idea by Carly, thank you. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and I particularly liked her positive, can-do approach, finding solutions not problems. I was delighted with her care, attention to detail and intelligence throughout. A bonus was that when she came to site, she was incredibly likeable, which is always important. My project manager has actually since used Carly & Howdens for another job due to how impressed we were. It’s only taken me a year to write this review 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I haven’t forgotten, as when I see the kitchen it reminds me how superb she was & the compliments I get about it are a reflection of her really. Hence why I write this long review! Carly I have recommended you guys to many contacts, and you will be my first call on the next refurb job.
