Our experience with Howdens Harrow has been outstanding from start to finish. We recently completed a kitchen renovation, and the team, especially Reece, went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
Even though we had to do much of the initial design remotely, the process was smooth, and the quality of the kitchen units and appliances is excellent, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
When we encountered an issue with our island countertop, Howdens demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. They listened to our concerns and, as a one-time exception, refinished the island to meet our original specifications. The final result is excellent and exactly what we had envisioned.
Throughout the project, the communication was clear and prompt. Reece, our primary contact, was accommodating, always responsive, and proactive in addressing our needs.

I called in on a Saturday morning (harrow branch) for materials and staff had said he will go to another branch to collect tap first thing on Monday morning.
When I arrived the tap was not there and also the sink - very disappointed.
I had to go perivale to pick up sink and tap - I had said to the staff "is everything inside" he said "yes"
When I arrived on job, carrying out my work, then when it got to fit sink, I realised the clips not inside....
Then I called the harrow branch sending me round in circles for an hour before they'd had said to come in to collect.
This had delayed my job and end up getting home late!

We have saved our hard-earned money to finally upgrade our kitchen and decided on howdens upon reading reviews. Bought the entire kitchen set with appliances included - ended up with quite a tight fit of shelf for the fridge (fridge almost didnt fit!) And the washing machine delivered was faulty. Reported this back to the depot and was advised that engineers would need to inspect the machine, took weeks to get an appointment. When the engineers verified that the machine is faulty, only then can we be provided with a replacement. to our dismay, we were advised that Howdens will not pick up the faulty machine, and we would need to drop off the faulty machine to the depot ourselves. ON TOP OF THAT we have to shoulder the delivery costs of the new machine as otherwise the depot will be at a loss for covering all the charges. Utter disappointment as we have already been inconvenienced by having to pay a plumber to reinstall the washing machine as the builders have already left, and now they are even asking us to pay for the replacement of a faulty machine, and drop off the faulty ones at our own cost! UNBELIEVABLE SUPPLIER. Definitely think twice before engaging with them.

I would like to appreciate Howdens Harrow for their excellent service for kitchen designing service. Not only they were super quick with their design and delivery of our new kitchen last year. We also bought appliances from them. Big shoutout to Reece who has been single point of contact throughout process went extra mile to accommodate our request. Since their excellent work we approached Howdens Harrow, when we decided to install new oak internal doors. As always Reece delivered his best service to us. I would highly recommend Howdens Harrow for their service and dedicated service towards their customers.

Howden have been very professional with designing and supply a full kitchen I am undertaking, the staff in Harrow are knowledgeable and quick to respond to any queries I may have had.
The cabinet quality is to a high standard and the doors are robust and stylish, easy to install.
I would highly recommend them as a company.

Raj came to my house professional to do all my measurements and explained what would compliment the kitchen.

All the boys on the counter (Luke,Eddie, Dan) have been great in helping me buy skirting and doors.

I am happy with the Harrow branch and would recommend to anyone.

The staff at Howdens in Harrow, were exceptional. In particular my kitchen planner, Alicja was helpful, well-informed, gave valuable advice and sensible options. Other staff, Natalie, Ed, Dan and the manager Steven were welcoming, friendly and willing to share their knowledge and give advice. It was my first experience of kitchen planning and I felt encouraged and empowered at the end of my in showroom consultation.
