We had an excellent experience working with Saj at Howdens, who designed our kitchen and bedrooms. From the initial designs through to delivery, Saj was extremely polite, professional, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. He provided some fantastic suggestions and ideas, which really enhanced the designs and helped us make the most of the available space. Saj also liaised closely with our builder to ensure that everything we needed was ordered and delivered smoothly and on time, making the whole process much easier for us. We would definitely recommend Saj’s services to anyone looking for expert design and excellent customer service

All the doors were wrong
All the doors were wrong. Not enough light pelmet. 16 hinge blanks missing. Set of soft close hinges missing. Base end panel missing. I opened my account back up but will be closing it again today and going to give Stax a go.

Amazing customer service in Howdens…
Amazing customer service in Howdens Heywood! Saj was so helpful from my first phone call and in person. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, helped me choose some samples take my time nothing felt rushed and when he heard I needed somebody to help build a kitchen island he put me in touch with Craig who called me the same day, quoted the following week and managed to fit us in within our timeline. It all looks great and we’re so pleased with how it’s all turned out. House renovation when heavily pregnant has been stressful but Saj and Craig have made it much easier. I’ll definitely be using them in the future and would absolutely recommend!

Customer service was outstanding. Saj helped with the planning, layout and design, he went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. Everything arrived as ordered and I so pleased with the finish design. Thank you Raj and all at Howdens Haywood.

A1 joinery & building
I have always used Howdens Heywood but the new team Rob & Saj have really got the customer service up to the highest level. I send them the details they take care of my customers, do all the measurements, consult with my customers to make the best designs possible and then arrange delivery with me. The plans are made so easy for me to follow and if I have an issue all I do is put a call in and they resolve it.

Saj was amazing with organising the kitchen
Saj was amazing from the first time we spoke until the kitchen was finished. Saj made the kitchen process run so smoothly I would highly recommend him. The kitchen is all finished and I can’t be any happier with the outcome.

from initial Kitchen idea to final completion Saj from Howdens at the Heywood Branch was a massive help, nothing seemed too much trouble, even when I changed my mind a few times. He has stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process and has always been upfront and honest. Rick was recommended to fit the kitchen, Rick has always turned up on time and answered my many questions, his work has been top quality throughout, even the electrician and quartz worktop fitter he sourced, again top quality service. I am extremely happy with the kitchen, absolutely stunning result.

New internal doors
Called into Howdens Heywood looking for internal doors. Saj was very helpful in discussing which doors were suitable. The doors were delivered very quickly and when I met Aaron the joiner, he arrived at the time I was informed he would.
Aaron was very efficient in removing all old doors and replacing new doors correctly and ensured that all new handles and catches were replaced correctly. He ensured that there was no mess for me to clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him for future work.

Saj the kitchen consultant was…
Saj the kitchen consultant was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the entire process he was honest and up front. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained thoroughly so we knew what to expect. Saj was always available to answer any questions we had. I'd throughly recommend to anyone. We are so happy with our kitchen.
