We had Sue from loughborough as our advisor. She was highly experienced and most useful in helping with our design for our kitchen. We would recommend her anytime.

We started our open plan kitchen planning and building in April 2025. We had already been in touch with Howdens Loughborough in the year prior and we dealt with James Toone how helped us design our kitchen for us. It was really important to us to have a face to face communication with whoever we selected to design our kitchen and we were extremely luck to have James and the team at loughborough help and guide us through the deliverely, the design and advice.

Reno fatigue is real and spending such a large amount on a project can we be very stressful and filled with sleepless nights. I will say the one thing I did not stress over was anything to do with Howdens. The communication and customer service was above and beyond by James and the customer service desk ladies at Howdens ( Molly and co :)) what an incredible team. The quality of the units were immecable. Our kitchen looks like a dream board cut out from Pinterest and I couldnt be happier :)

We had a new kitchen fitted in one of our projects at work. Worked with Sue at getting the best kitchen for our project and had DJF carpentry fit it. Amazing job from start to finish.

Don’t know the delivery lads names but again nothing to much trouble and we’re very careful about setting stuff down.

We arranged a home appointment with Sue Johnson to discuss our new kitchen requirements. She arrived right on time, was friendly, approachable and listened carefully to our ideas. Her 30 years experience shone through as after listening to us she gave us some of the pros and cons which enabled us to make much better informed decisions. Based on her initial visit she came up with a basic plan so we could visualise how the new kitchen might look. We reviewed a couple of things and Sue sent us an updated version which we were very happy with. We then visited the showroom to finalise the colour, finish and flooring. She was very patient, not at all pushy but keeping in contact throughout. Thank you Sue for making our experience so much easier and guiding us through to the right choice for us. Would definitely recommend her.

Popped in last Friday to have a look at the flooring for my new house. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by great customer service by Molly and maddie, both really helpful. Definitely the best howdens depo I’ve ever been to. Would recommend to anyone👍

We had a great experience selecting our kitchen from this branch, especially thanks to Maddie Smith who provided exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Terrible customer service. Went to purchase some flooring tried to sell me some underlay that I’ve no idea what it was turns out it’s stock they cannot sell as the warehouse lads couldn’t even find it guessing hoping I’d take it off there hands. Secondly the flooring was sold above the price of what it’s being advertised for I thought it’s illegal to advertise at one price and sell at a higher price trying to query this with them but despite emails being ignored and being told phone calls will be returned I’ve heard nothing back. Needless to say I won’t be collecting the remaining items on my account

Everything ordered delivered correctly. Nice plan for the customer. James at Loughborough branch looked after the customer very well.
