I ordered a new kitchen and some of the parts came damaged.
Becks at the Bletchley Depot helped to quickly resolve the problem by supplying new items and trusted me to return the faulty items at a later date.
The kitchen looks great.

The store had plenty of options and purchased a base unit, end panels and several doors.
once paid I was told only the unit was in store and i would have to wait for the remainder which was disappointing.
I called two days later to chase up and was told it should be in later that day and they would call to let me know and that they couldn't deliver.
I waited until 11.30 am Saturday to call and was told the product had come in the previous day and they said they didn't know why no one called me!
The panels and doors are good quality but the unit is poor and wouldn't but this again. one hinge was also missing so need to make the 16 mile round trip again!

This company breached GDPR by allowing someone to purchase materials using my account details. I have a password on my account but apparently that means nothing and when I questioned them why that did not stop it they said oh his postcode was similar. In the meantime someone out there has my account information on the receipt they have, when i mentioned it to 3 different staff members 1 being my own rep at my local branch it seemed to be no big deal.

Absolutely shocking treatment and I've now taken a big kitchen order I was going to price elsewhere

We have had our existing kitchen extended and designed and supplied by Howdens.
We found our experience of choosing a kitchen and having plans drawn up was made incredibly easy by Steve at Howdens in Milton Keynes. Steve visited us at home and we discussed items on our ‘wish list’. He talked about what was possible and made suggestions. Using the architect’s plans and our requests, Steve drew up a plan for us with digital images to help us visualise the new kitchen. Our house is an old stone cottage and it felt important to keep the old character while making it appealingly modern and traditional at the same time. At the design stage, he added extras to make using the kitchen that bit easier - things that we had not considered. We contacted Steve a few times at this stage to tweak the plan. The service we received was excellent. Our emails were replied to immediately and any requests that we had were dealt with straight away. When we visited the showroom to choose our units, Steve came to see if he could offer any help or advice. We selected Fairford, a mid-range product, and we are very pleased with the appearance, quality and sturdiness of the units.
What felt like a challenging task at the outset was made incredibly easy and pleasant by the staff at Howdens in Milton Keynes. I would thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone choosing a new kitchen.
