I had a great experience designing my kitchen with Howdens, South Croydon. Bev was patient, detailed and attentive - I had not designed a kitchen before so had lots of ideas and changed my mind a few times. Bev explained and showed me everything making me feel really confident in my final decision. Drawing up different designs as I had ideas so I could see what worked. I love the final kitchen!

Our experience at Howdens was fantastic. Bev's design and product knowledge was excellent. The customer service we received was on point and efficient with regular updates and it was no trouble for Bev to revisit when we had to do a slight design change. Overall it was a great wxperience and Bev was a lovely person to deal with!

The staff were helpful. Everyone was relaxed & welcoming, you would not realise they were working under stressful conditions with the renovations going on. My goods could not fit into the car, so the staff helped me put on roof and also organised a strap to secure them on the roof. Excellent service.

Myself and my wife dealt with Bev at the South Croydon branch, from beginning to end she was an absolute legend, planned the kitchen and came up with several options for us to review, gave practical advice when we were choosing the finish, style and accessories and when issues occurred which are always going to be a risk when undergoing building projects she was always at the end of the phone and quick to get things sorted. I'd thoroughly recommend Bev and Howdens for their service and expertise.

Always a pleasure visiting Howdens south Croydon, as a contractor needing materials in stock for a quick turn around they have never let me down with stock levels and the service from Byron and Leah is impeccable.

I used Howdens South Croydon to get my kitchen designed and built. The designer, Bev Pocknell, was excellent and all the appliances that came with the kitchen are of the highest quality and are well placed to make the maximum impact in a small space.

The team at Howdens South Croydon is simply ideal; as long as you're in contact with them, you feel like you're talking to a lifelong friend who is always trying to help you with the best they can offer.

The service and enthusiasm from all the staff is very good. Orders sorted and delivered on time.

We were working with a small space and Bev helped us to fit in everything we wanted as well as advise us on what we didn't need and how we could best work with the space we have. We saw our new kitchen for the first time today fully installed and I just have to say thank you so much to Bev and the Howden's South Croydon team. Bev has an amazing eye for detail and provided clear and supportive guidance and ideas throughout the planning process. There is not a single inch of wasted space, everything feels 100% intentional and thought through with a purpose. Nothing feels like an afterthought or space filler, and I can honestly say that I have my dream kitchen. That’s down to Bev and her team. 100%.

I chose Howdens kitchen because they had good quality units and a big choice of design at a reasonable price. Hannah the kitchen designer at the South Croydon store had some great ideas and helped me choose the layout and design She showed me what the latest kitchen layout and designs were plus all the little design touches that made it stand out.
