Throughout the process I have had to check and chase every part of my design. It appears the expectation is that customers check through quotes line by line to cross reference the item numbers, if not items will be missed and or incorrect.

The 'kitchen designer' at no time reached out to check through the quote or design. I made many unreturned calls and emails and now I have a kitchen that isn't what I wanted.

Rather than own up to his mistake, Ollie the ‘kitchen designer’ has lied about me. So many errors were made by Ollie during the ‘design’ and delivery stage. All of this I put up with in the hopes of getting a kitchen was happy with, instead I have received more poor treatment.

My builder spoke very highly of Howdens but the whole process has been a disappointment.

The kitchen planner visited our property in August 2022 to carry out a survey. Shortly after that we visited their South Croydon branch to plan out which units and applicances would be required. This was done using a CAD system, which produced an accurate plan and visual images of the finished work.

I MISS A PAYMENT MY ACCOUNT GETS STOPPED FOR A MEASLY 400 POUNDS AND I HAVE TRIED TO PAY 5 DAYS RUNNING !! CALLED IN FIRST THING 7.30 TO EARLY !! 4 AND AFTER TO LATE !! YOU CLOSE AT 5 DO BUISINESS TILL 5

Bev at South Croydon designed a fantastic kitchen for us which works so well for our daily life. She’s optimised the space very well - it’s a small space but it feel spacious; there’s plenty of storage and people can move around easily within it. Any issues or parts were dealt with quickly and promptly. Can’t recommend more highly.

We had the pleasure of the lovely Bev design our kitchen. She gave us lots of ideas and came up with a final design plan that utilised space in a way we had not imagined. From design to delivery the whole experience was seamless. The kitchen is stunning more than pleased.

Really great kitchen design from Bev. She came up with a design which made the most of the space and was so much better than the designs from all other companies (including things I didn't think possible!). It has been installed and looks beautiful - I am so pleased. Would definitely recommend.

Recently had our kitchen designed with the help of Bev at South Croydon. I could not recommend Bev enough. She provided various designs for us to consider and was so helpful in getting the kitchen exactly how we wanted. Nothing was too much and she always happy to answer any questions we had. Really pleased with the service, thank you!!!

I would absolutely recommend this branch. Bev, the kitchen designer has been fantastic throughout, and made the process much easier. She was incredibly patient at the countless design changes I made, and sent over revised quotes quickly, as well as suggesting really clever design solutions to for a tricky sized kitchen, which enabled me to have the configuration I really wanted. Incredibly flexible, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Massive thank you!

In all honestly for the quality produced I was shocked at the price.
You can get much much better for the price they charge definitely made me decide to never go back. Would go to benchmarx in the future

Brilliant service from Howdens. Bev was really enthusiastic in designing our kitchen and came up up with numerous suggestions and improvements. She also went out of her way to help us at every stage and made the process as easy as possible.

Really excellent service from Bev at South Croydon. She listened to us and designed a kitchen which exactly suited our needs and was so helpful in answering my many queries. We’re so pleased we went with them over other suppliers as the expertise and customer service has been great, it has taken a lot of the hassle out the process. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Howdens South Croydon. Our designer was Bev, who has been excellent throughout our kitchen installation from design stage to finish. She gave us good advice/ideas and listened carefully to our needs/questions. She was also flexible to make changes to the design even at the installation stage.

The management team were helpful and tried to resolve a number of issues well however one particular member of staff from the design team was shockingly poor at their job and made multiple errors and in addition to this were very rude

If it was not for this member if staff I would have given this brunch a thumbs up but they were very unprofessional.

The member of staff had issues in the following areas.

Errors with the order they generated
Taking far too long to generate the designs
Not taking responsibility for mistakes they made
Sending the wrong plans with the kitchens to the builders
Rude when speaking on the phone on multiple occasions
