NEW KITCHEN IN SMALL AREA
THE DESIGNER ATTENDED THE NEXT DAY FOLLOWING MY ENQUIRY. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFULL & IMAGINITIVE. HE WAS EVEN ABLE TO
RECOMMEND A FITTER. ALL THE MATERIALS THAT WERE ORDERED WERE OF A VERY GOOD QUALITY,
INCLUDING THE LAMONA COOKER AND HOB.
I HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE OF LAMONA PRODUCTS IN THE PAST, ALL OF WHICH HAVE A 3 YEAR GUARANTEE & HOWDENS PROVIDE AN EXTREMELY GOOD BACK UP SHOULD ANYTHING GO WRONG WHICH IS SELDOM BECAUSE LAMONA IS AN EXTREMELY GOOD PRODUCT AND SPORTS A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. Great kitchen and service from Tiverton
Lewis couldn't have been more helpful. Great advice, not at all pushy just wanting us to have what we wanted. Really honest about the pros and cons of different layouts, materials and options. Worked really well with our fitter and the whole process went exactly to plan. Kitchen has a real wow factor and can't believe it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. 10 out of 10 and highly recommended.

The Genoa doors are great but the last…
The Genoa doors are great but the last time I bought them they were £56 this time with a little discount they were
£95 ish each
These were the last two to finish the house so I had no choice
But: With the furniture etc the overall cost was £237 !!!!
WOW !!!!
Don’t know if I’d use Howdens in the next new build -Disappointed!!!

I dealt with Howdens quite a bit in my work life and now I am retired I went to them as a first point of call for a personal kitchen refurb. The sales staff and manager at 2 branches (Tiverton and Exeter) have excelled even though I did not know them previously. With so many options to choose from my wife and I had lots of questions and needed quite a bit of guidance to help us choose products. Kitchen appliances, worktops, doors and several ancillary pieces. Staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Through face to face discussions, telephone and email communications we have been able to take delivery of everything we need to refurbish our kitchen to a high standard all within our budget. The overall experience and service has been brilliant. Many thanks guys!

Total commitment Tiverton
We brought our kitchen via our builder carpenter from Howdens Tiverton. We decided on the Hockley Dark Stone.. its a beautiful kitchen . I don't have our order number. We brought it October 2021 and 1st fix didn't happen till April 2022. Our experience via the carpenter fitting was not great. He hadnt checked delivery and
there was a problem with the quartz. .. however it was made less painful by the professionalism of the staff helping to rectify any of the parts missing broken or needing replacing. We waited a long time for some of the electrical items On discovering the design had been wrong to fit in the induction hob responsibility was taken and rectified at no cost to ourselves. I cant praise the staff enough Lewis.S designer and Charlotte the Manager . Thank you for the support over the last 10 months. Your commitment to wanting your customer to get the kitchen needed is really appreciated. Shame I can't upload the pictures of the kitchen

doors were damaged,very poorly packaged , some not in stock, by the look of the returns pile of doors, a regular thing.

Its like talking to a brick wall
Despite asking the management to advise their staff not to deal with my customer directly they still did so, which meant the customer was booking kitchen parts to my account without my permission. I was only informed once the transaction had taken place,

Charlotte Hall at Tiverton was just phenomenal designing and overseeing the installation of our kitchen and utility room. She is super experienced and this was invaluable as she offered valuable input when needed. She could not have been more helpful or pleasant to deal with and is an asset to the company.
