Howdens - Uxbridge Opiniões 

Kitchen units are solid and well made all pre assembled. Very happy with the quality of the Fairford range. The Uxbridge branch staff are friendly and helpful and the branch has a good relationship with my builder which meant smaller adjustments were arranged seamlessly. Min the designer was great to work with when configuring the kitchen layout. Plan to use Howdens Uxbridge in future but first to enjoy our new kitchen and expect it to last many years.

Uxbridge store has been great.

Kitchen designer Min helped make my awkward kitchen work (it was her idea to customise the pantry by getting my carpenters / kitchen fitters to cut them down/narrow them).

And the store exchanged a few items with no quibbles and even provided the extra shelving I needed for the pantry without charging me extra. It was crucial to have them nearby as we did need to go back and forward on a few things - I had been tempted to save money by going with an online store, but that would have been a disaster - kitchens are so complicated!! I ended up having around 3 meetings in the end, including going back for a final price comparison to the online store quote - Min was so patient with me every time.

I could buy sample doors to take home then take them back for refund afterwards.

The fittings, hinges etc are all included in the price - no unexpected extras.

And most importantly of all - both my kitchen fitters rate Howdens above the other similar competitors in the kitchen market.

Great kitchen and quality. Service however is appalling. If the kitchen wasn't nearly done, I would tell them to go to hell.
So many mistakes in the order/delivery, and now the kitchen top is wrong as well even though it was measured by their team (and it is already delayed by 4 weeks due to other issues). Even though it was clear on Friday that part of the worktop is wrong, I won't get clarity on a new date till at least Monday and I am not hopeful it will happen soon or treated with any kind of urgency and will just be treated as 'sorry but this is the next slot'.... Happy Christmas... not

What can one say yet another amazing kitchen supplied by Howdens Uxbridge thank you Warren and all the friendly staff will be seeing you all again very soon.

I have always found Howdens Uxbridge to be helpful whether it be when designing and supplying a kitchen or selling a door knob .

I have a small building business and a friend needed two kitchens for a conversion he was doing, i had two kitchens designed and one of the kitchens needed an island , i returned the 600mm work top and edging strips as this was never going to make any kind of island that any home owner would be remotely happy with,, i sent the next worktop back as this was no better , i then got an invoice for the top that they sent which never came of the back of the delivery truck, i made an in person visit to the store to rectify this with a nice young woman in the showroom ,time passed ,i got a court summons,i went inperson to the uxb branch and asked for this to be rectified,the wan who dealt with me said she could see exactly what was done and would dort it that day ,,i then get taken to court while on holiday and they find falsely that i owe them for it and costs ,, i then call taj in Uxb and ask him to sort it he says he will look at it and i say i want it sorted by the end of the day he then shouts at me to the point i hang up the phone ,, the fact is they have charged my friend for both worktops anyway so in fact they owe my friend for this ,, even though I have been directly communicating i have been taken to court for goods i did not receive, this in 10 years of business is the most incompetent backwards experience i have ever suffered , i want you to know that they will take you to court and prosecute you as a customer even though they owe you ,,buyer beware Howdens are not business friendly ,

Found the staff at this branch very helpful and friendly and alway happy to sort out any problems however small.

Kitchen delivered on time and no hassle.
