As a young female first-time buyer, I felt respected (which at precious companies unfortunately was not the case) and well looked after from the moment I requested a design to purchasing my kitchen from the Wakefield Flanshaw Depot. Ben was fantastic—he carefully measured and designed the kitchen, explained everything clearly, and made great recommendations to bring my vision to life. He was patient throughout, and I absolutely love the final result. The prices were very competitive, and everyone when going into the store were friendly and welcoming. Shauna also provided excellent customer service. Thank you to the whole team—I’d highly recommend this branch.

We recently used Howdens at Flanshaw to help us design our new kitchen and utility room. The whole process was very easy, Shauna is a very good designer, she listened to what we wanted to include and the type of kitchen we were looking for and came up with a great design. We did alter a few things which again was very straight forward and Shauna was very helpful.
We are doing a kitchen alteration in our forever home so wanted the kitchen design to last our lifetime. We felt Howdens was the only place to go as they are well made and easy to work with.

I am a regular customer of Howdens and I can honestly say out of all the stores I have been in, this is without doubt the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. They go that extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I recommended this store to all my customers

We have been so impressed with the service received from this depot. Shauna in particular has been so helpful with the design and always so quick to respond to queries. The delivery process was seamless which we needed as we were working to a very tight schedule.
The kitchen looks amazing and we have had so many comments about the design and quality. We would 100% recommend this Howdens depot and will be using them for our next renovation.

Overall, i'm very happy with the communication and service received by Nathan Cawthray and Luisa Duber. From start to finish, they both listened to what I wanted and ensured I received the best quality products within my price range. The cabinets, appliances and flooring are very good quality and look amazing. The whole order to delivery time was fantastic and all Howdens staff including the delivery driver were very polite. I would highly recommend using this Howdens branch wherever possible. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for me. A fantastic team. Keep up the good work all.

From 1st stepping into the showroom right through to completion Howdens have gone above & beyond helpful every step of the way. I can’t praise the whole team highly enough especially Kitchen Sales Designers Luisa and Jamie. They are in my opinion an exceptional asset to Howdens. I received absolute first class customer service throughout. Their knowledge & expertise made the whole process easy. A great big “thank you” to you both, for helping to make my dream kitchen a reality.

I recently visited your Flanshaw depot and thought it prudent to leave some positive feedback; as the experience was great. I happened to call into the depot as I was in the area, and was looking for an internal door that I desperately needed. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do anymore to help me with all the queries I had. Even though this depot is not my local one, I will certainly be returning there moving forward due to my positive experience! Thank you!

Shame on you!

Still waiting for our countertops. Due to come yesterday (Thursday 28th) now on Friday 29th we’ve been told they’re being delivered next Friday 6th. Utterly appalling communication (of lack thereof) and now a month into eating from a microwave and getting water from the outside tap. Don’t bother with these people for your own sake. Go elsewhere!

Ordered kitchen from wakefield branch dealt with luisa from to design to delivery...very helpful all The way through the process..no problem when kitchen was fitted.. looks great .. thanks to all involved from design to delivery..
