While renovating a house, we had no idea where to start with the kitchen. Neil took care of us from the initial meeting, through designing (and redesigning) choosing everything, and help with extra bits while installing. He went above and beyond to help us and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you Howdens and thank you Neil 😁

Neil and Ben at Howdens Wareham have been beyond helpful to us. Nothing has been too much trouble, designing our new kitchen to the millimetre and answering questions when we came to fit it. Wholeheartedly recommend this friendly team!

Always great service

Very friendly, attentive and professional attitude from everyone I speak to there. They keep me updated (by phone) all the way during my build. Always obtainable on the phone for prompt and helpful answers to my queries.

We had an absolutely amazing experience whilst getting our kitchen at Howdens Wareham. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helped us every step of the way. Our kitchen designer, Neil, was always happy to help during the design and installation process. We couldn’t have had a more positive experience, I would recommend Howdens Wareham to anyone that needs a new kitchen. I am so glad we went with Howdens, our kitchen looks incredible and the units and appliances are of extremely high quality!

From the word go Simon at Howdens in Wareham was in my corner. He was helpful and constructive and spent a lot of time discussing my project and producing plans and quotes, making lots of useful suggestions along the way. Once work started he was on hand to offer advice and deal with any queries. I am thrilled with the end result. I have a kitchen which achieves all my objectives and looks luxurious as well as being a practical workspace. I couldn't recommend Howdens in Wareham highly enough.

Fantastic service and beautiful kitchen!
Ben and Simon provided top customer service, as well as Lily for the worktop!
They were extremely responsive, understood what we wanted and provided valuable suggestions at the time of taking the measurements and finalising the design.
The kitchen was delivered very quickly - same with the quartz worktop - and we are very happy with the result.

From the first call the service was second to none. Neil came round, measured up and took us through the whole design process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The quality of the kitchen is superb. Aftercare has also been very good. Cheers Neil & Ben.

spent over 10 k on a small kitchen set of units and appliances with local wareham branch, had to pay in full upfront before they would deliver !! this was done and on completion of the work we (our trained trade fitter) returned some items (all unopened boxes) approx £800 worth goods as either not required / incorrectly supplied yet after 3 weeks we still have been unable to get a refund, when we contact them they just come up with an excuse as to why we not got money and its being sorted yet still no refund . bottom line is all they are interested in is grabbing your money !! customer service / care is way done the table !!

Our new kitchen and utility room is wonderful. Really lovely quality items (including appliances). The office staff have been nothing but welcoming and accommodating with lending samples and making cups of tea! There was no issues with our child being sat with us either and they had a lot of patience with us. The visit to measure was very prompt and they made every effort to cover the finer details, they even took the time to measure my hoover to make sure a cupboard could be incorporated to house Hetty! Delivery was very quick and out of all items only one piece was incorrect, this was resolved the same day because their warehouse is so close. The finish of the kitchen is brilliant. All in all a really good experience and we would highly recommend them.

The Howden's branch in Wareham supplied our new kitchen and we are super pleased with it. A special shout out to Neil who designed it and did a great job!
