Excellent company

My second purchase for a kitchen as I was impressed with the quality of product and the price. On this occasion I have given 4 stars as we were not impressed to be charge £140 + vat to have the kitchen delivered.

Really excellent, couldn't fault the product or the process at any stage from the initial thoughtful design solutions and the high quality units, to the highly skilled templating and fitting of the work surfaces. Friendly and knowledgeable, everyone I spoke to was a pleasure to deal with. I'm very glad I chose Howdens and recommend them without hesitation.

Very impressive Professional customer service.

We bought a Howdens kitchen when they had a special offer on even though we were far from installing it due to a total renovation of our entire holiday cottage. Then we had to take a 'plumber' to court for a poor bathroom renovation, and that took over all our time to get our money back. (We won our court case)

A Year and a half later we finally got to the stage of installing the kitchen, only to find we were missing a wall cupboard. Howdens had written on their paperwork at the time of delivery that a unit was damaged and didn't even unload it from the van, but never gave us the replacement and we forgot about it until we came to install it.

I contacted Howdens in Wellington and explained the situation and immediately the new office manager offered us a new cupboard FOC. No hassle whatsoever. Very kind of him as they didn't have to after a year and half !

So VERY impressive service. The best judge of a company isn't necessarily when buying something , but its what they do when something goes wrong or after care service , how they handle a problem.

In Howdens Wellington case, they could not have been more helpful! A huge weight off my mind that when it's fitted in the next couple of weeks, we won't be missing units or have to pay for a replacement.

Definately no hestitation in recommneding Howdens Wellington to others on customer service alone. And peace of mind for the future too. Would defo buy from them again.

Excellent service and always competitive prices

My daughter and I popped in because she was looking for a new kitchen. They did the kitchen plan there and then. Two days later they popped out and checked the kitchen measurements. Within a week the kitchen was delivered at a time convenient for us.

I've bought a few Kitchens from Howdens in Wellington. I keep going back because I get a great service from all the team there, nothing is too much trouble, and they are really helpful with suggestions to make sure you get the best kitchen solution. Ross is great about switching decisions around and has a lot of patience!

I've just bought 10 Howdens doors for a house renovation project. I bought the prefinished Holdenby Oak and they are brilliant. They are so much more solid than my previous doors and the finish is good.

Professional, efficient and knowledgeable

I can only say positive things about my experience with Howden's - Wellington. From the initial home visit their communication and customer support have been excellent. I was quoted for a cheaper price elsewhere for a similar kitchen and Howden's followed through on their competitive pricing and re-quoted me at a better price.

I had to change my kitchen design after renovations had started due to unforeseen circumstances, and on that same day, they were out to take new measurements and create a new design. This made the whole process much less anxiety-provoking. Throughout the whole process, Howdens and the building firm employed worked seamlessly together to ensure I was kept informed and involved in all decisions made.

Big shout out to Ben for all his work. Cheers, fellas.
