After a long wait my slippers finally arrived. I am disappointed with the quality and the comfort. One pair is faulty so I have tried to contact the company for a replacement or refund but I have not received an answer to my emails. Very disappointing and sadly I am agreeing with others that this is a scam.

Same as all the other reviewers. Saw the advert, the reviews were great, the poor quality, poorly sized slippers arrived eventually. The company does not respond to emails or live chat. SCAM - avoid like the plague. I shall be reporting to Action Fraud

I have sent this company five messages and not received a single reply! I purchased slippers which were supposed to be buy one get one free! Well don’t bother because the free pair are a cheap nasty pair totally different make and nothing like the brand of the pair you pay for ! So you are paying over the top for one pair! Not impressed and I have been trying for over a week to get a response from the company but nothing!

Bought the 2 for 1 deal after searching around for reviews. Looks like the reviews on their website could be fake as the slippers I received, were not the size I ordered, despite measuring my feet they are too small. They are very flimsy so not very supportive or comfortable, they are not good quality fabric although the outside is nice and soft. Tried multiple times to find out how to return them but no one responds to email or chat- looks like another Chinese scam

Friend had cheap fake slippers sent £4.99 version.
I only got the free wash bag no slippers.

Huggie-Cozy SCAM WARNING 😢

I ordered huggie slippers one buy one get one free. One pair was of a extremely poor quality and a different brand, ( couldn't read brand on this pair)the other pair was ok. But not worth the price huggies sell them for(32.99) as you can also get the same brand(sport) on temu for much less.
I have contacted them via email a few times and through their customer service form. Haven't got no reply or conformation of received email.
I can only come to the conclusion that this company is scamming people.

I ordered Huggie slippers on their buy one get one free offer, but when they arrived, one pair stank so badly of chemicals it gave me a headache and made me feel sick. The other pair were not even Huggie slippers, but a very inferior quality pair. Huggie are not responding to my emails sent over several weeks, leaving me to assume it's a scam. I do not recommend buying anything from this company.
