I ordered quite a few items from this website for our oldest kiddo who has struggled to find athletic clothing or swimwear that works for our non binary kiddo. The items we did receive seemed like good quality - though sizing is not consistent. We were missing an item from our order and I emailed two times to try and get help - the first message went unanswered and the second was incomplete. I am not sure if AI does the email responding, but it seems so. We never did get a response about our missing item from the order. We also found that even if tags are attached you can not return clothing that does not fit in person once received. You can only exchange items - though their website implies differently. Customer service is slow and unhelpful.

Ordered a pair of swim trunks, too big. Need to exchange. No option on their website. Have emailed them 3 times over the past 2 1/2 months and have gotten no response.

There are no physical locations to try on items and sizing is extremely finicky. They have policies in place that will NOT allow you to get a refund through your original payment method and can only get "in store credit". This makes buying swimwear a huge gamble as there is no way to try it on to see if it works for you and no way to get any of your money back if it doesn't.

The sizing is also extremely limited for most items so if you're wanting to return something and try a different size you may end up waiting ages for it to be restocked in your size if it happens at all.

Ridiculous shipping delays. Literally months. Then when you complain or are seeking compensation they refuse to be accountable and refuse refunds. They literally told me to WAIT. The vacation already passed

I’ve ordered many products from this company in the past and have always loved them. Recently, I placed an order for two of the same item, and they did not fit. It was not an issue of size, but an issue with the product being made in a way that did not do what it was designed to do for me. I tried one on and knew it was an immediate no. I tried to get a refund (because on the product, it says they offer 30 days for return), but I was told I could only exchange. Another size would not fit me, and I had no want or need for another one of their products, especially after my disappointment with this one. Despite the fact that one of the items never left the sealed package, I told it was unhygienic for me to return it. I am extremely disappointed. If anyone from the brand sees this, please add adjustable straps to the compression swim top, or at least let me send it back when it doesn’t do the one thing the product is for.
