Great British company who puts customer first …

Great customer service emailed company about a problem with a product .
Quick response from Claire new item dispatched immediately no quibbles .
This is a great family company who clearly puts customers first.
Have a look at their website and daily programme.
There demonstrations are amazing unhurried easy to follow .They remain on their hub so you can catch up and rewind as much as you wish .

Been using Hunkydory now for the past year. I’ve purchased direct from them and through a 3rd party. Everything arrives well packed and also within the time period, normally 8-11 days. Had an issue once, contacted customer services and was dealt with promptly and to the right outcome for me, their customer

Hunkydory products are fabulous and…

Hunkydory products are fabulous and they are very fairly priced. Usually delivered between 1 and 7 days. Their website is easy to follow, team easily contacted polite, helpful and issues resolved very quickly. The presenters on daily shows are great giving great ideas and demonstrations.

Helped me when it wasn’t their issue coz I didn’t buy directly from them. Amazing.

I had bought a discontinued Twas The Night Before Christmas build a book on eBay and was sent two of the same pages, I emailed HunkyDory not holding out much hope that they could / would help due to not buying directly from them.
They emailed me back straight away to tell me this book was discontinued and no longer available but they had found ONE in their stocks and offered to send me the missing page I needed. Absolutely brilliant service. Really pleased as this is my favourite Christmas book and I can’t wait to build it on Christmas Eve!

Really bad service

Really bad service. I placed an order Thursday 30th July ... today Wednesday 6th August just received an email to say it's been shipped so i probably won't get it until Friday. I can get things from Temu in 10 days so this really is bad service. The price of goods is also expensive but I wanted to support British companies so I gave them a try.
Their website is abysmal, slow and uninspiring.

When they go out of business it will be everyone's fault, when in fact they are failing their customers and with so much foreign competition they should be upping their game.

order placed 27th may

order placed 27th may, it's now 2nd june and when I check my order,,,guess what, it's still being prossessed
this is not good enough, I can order from other companies and it's dispatched the same day. this will be my last order....

after emailing hunkydory yesterday reminding them that my order was still prossessing , and the money had been taken from my account on 27th I then got an email this morning that my order was being dispatched today, they have been so busy, even working weekends to try and get the orders dispatched.....aye right...

Want prompt service? Buy elsewhere.

Waiting an entire week for a pre made item to be dispatched?
Really poor in this day and age.

I emailed them and apparently it’s due to the large volume of orders.
Clearly more staff are needed but I guess keeping customers waiting a whole week before dispatch (so nearly two weeks by the time it actually arrives) is preferable.

They are sadly miles behind in the e-commerce world - most companies I order from (big one and little ones) ship the same or next working day.

Pretty poor service in a fast paced, constantly evolving online world.

Sharon has just emailed me back saying that I should complain to Royal Mail! Wow! I kindly reminded her that my contract is with Hunkydory.

Last two orders have arrived damaged. The first one I just left reviews on their website - they do not publish negative reviews, only positive ones. My reviews were honest and factual. I did say how pretty the products were but stated the facts - they were poorly packaged. Very shady indeed.

Yesterday’s order finally arrived (they also take an age to ship) and it was mangled. One of the items was also opened. Sharon emailed me back blaming Royal Mail. Yes, and?? They take no responsibility for their poor packaging. So Royal Mail opened the box, opened one of the items and packaged it back up? Seriously Sharon?! Unfortunately I’ve paid £19.99 to join the Diamond Club which I will never use now.

I will try to contact my bank to get my money bank and I think Trading Standards will be interested to know about their review practices.

Disgusted with their attitude more than the damaged products to be honest.
