Poor quality/durability
I am SO disappointed. I have loved my sheets. They are cooling and super soft. I've had them about 2 years and rhe fitted sheet is literslt disintegrating. I've taken excellent care but its simply wearing out and has a hole building. Customer service simply said it was out of warranty period and werent even willing to let me buy a replacement fitted sheet without having to replace the whole set. I have Walmart sheets over a decade old with higher quality than these. So disappointing for an otherwise good product but the quality in materials simply isnt there as I do not seem to be alone with this issue.

NOT HAPPY
I really do like this company as it’s Canadian, but outsources to other countries…clearly. I’ve spent a shit ton of money on these sheets, and I’ve had 3 sheet sets within a year tear apart on me. It’s not negligence, it’s not how I wash them, I follow directions…it’s honest poor material. All of my 3 different sizes of sheets..king queen and full have all ripped in the same location. All I get from customer service is “that’s a wear and tear issue” not us.,BULL….no longer will I ever buy anything from them again! I have sheets that are older than me still alive and kicking. I’m 42 BTW. So yeah! HUSH set things right!!!
The duvet is fine
The duvet is fine, but putting it back together after washing is a headache. The double zipper system is poorly designed and overly complicated. It seriously needs to be rethought.

An item was missing from my order. It has been over a month and I have yet to speak to a real person. My item is still missing and I am out hundreds of dollars. Absolutely horrible (non-existent) customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service, I strongly suggest you buy from another company.
Overpriced pillow, poor return policy
I wish I had thought to look here at reviews before ordering. I have been on a multi-year quest for the right pillow and I purchased a Hybrid Adjustable Cooling Pillow from Hush. I liked that they had 100 day return policy. It was an expensive $140 pillow (on sale!), and I wanted to give it a good try. Unfortunately, I didn't find it to be any better comfort than any other cheaper pillow I purchased over the years. Despite it being adjustable, it hurt my neck and ear daily.
I tried to initiate a return online before the 100 days was up but their portal said "we couldn't find that order." So I emailed them, got an auto message that they were receiving a large volume of emails and would get back to me. When they did get back to me a week later, they verified my return was still within the return window, but they didn't address the issue that their portal wasn't working for me. The kicker for me was though that they said I had to go donate the pillow to a shelter and then upload my donation receipt and then they'd initiate a refund. I'm happy to donate to charities, but by and large, most charities don't even accept used pillows. I told them this and they then gave me a list of charities to contact. I was already close to the return deadline and didn't have time to be calling charities and then going to a charity to donate one pillow. So I missed the return deadline and am now stuck with it. I have never heard of such an absurd return policy. It should have been clearly stated on their website about their refund policy which requires you to donate to charity and get a receipt, but I do not see that written anywhere as of the time of this review. I won't be ordering from Hush Blankets again. The only reason they got a generous 2 stars is because they did respond to my emails, eventually..
We are very disappointed with quality and customer service
We are happy with the sheets and shipping overall. We had a problem with our duvet - stitching ripping after one month of use. Reached out to the customer service and warranty department. Zero reply except for automated email advising with reply in 48 hrs due to volume. It's been 3 weeks and I've sent an email 3 times a week. Do not invest in this company. Product quality is not reliable and customer service to resolve or at least here the issue is ZERO. Horrible and frustrating for the amount the charge for products.

Ordered directly from the Hush website and the sheets arrived FAST. And honestly? They are AMAZING.
For anyone wondering about care: I wash warm with a gentle detergent and a cup of white vinegar. No fabric softener. Hang dry or tumble dry low with no dryer sheet, then another 5–10 minutes to smooth wrinkles. They stay super soft.
After about 5 months of regular use and washing, the fitted sheet developed a couple small holes. I called customer service, waited about 25 minutes on hold, and within 8 minutes of speaking to someone they sent out a replacement fitted sheet (and pillowcases) under warranty. Completely hassle free.
That kind of support matters. I’ll definitely be buying another set (or two) in different colours. Proud to support a great Canadian company.
The Customer Service team do aim for top shelf customer service.
It did take a bit of back and forth with Customer Service to get my bundle package including duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow covers and sheets (fitted and non-fitted) in the correct size, but once received, both my wife and I are very happy with the look and feel of the bedding.
I should mention that the challenge I had was originally due to me inadvertently ordering the wrong size. The return/exchange process fell off the rails for a while, but the customer service team went above and beyond expectations to correct the challenge.
The weighted blanket is a no
The weighted blanket is a disappointment. I knew the size in terms of dimensions, but it came vacuum sealed and when opened, the blanket is absolutely massive. It doesn’t fold nicely and storing it is going to be difficult. The quality is not worth how expensive this blanket was. It’s very stiff and looks sloppy. The colour was also supposed to be a dusty rose but it’s just flat out bright pink. I really don’t have anything positive to say about the weighted blanket. It’s definitely not worth the money.
It’s a hard nope.
I only gave a one star because there isn’t a zero, I received my order three weeks ago. The product inside was ripped apart and thrown back in the bag. I notified customer service of this. I have been bounced back-and-forth between 23 emails with still no resolution. I spent over $1000 between Christmas gifts and personal purchase in the last month and they can’t even return an email without forwarding it to a different department. I will not order again as for the quality it’s OK but not worth the price the cooling shirts work until you wash them even following their instructions. Please don’t waste your money because who knows if you’re going to get your order if you’re going to get it in one piece and if you have any issues, you’re going to get a response.

Bait-and-switch pricing and theft of points. On Dec 9, I bought Queen Ice Sheets. The site allowed me to use 1,825 points. AFTER payment, they charged me over $200. I cancelled immediately on a promise of an instant points refund. It is now Dec 24 and they are holding my points hostage and ignoring all communication. This is gross mismanagement and deceptive business practice. Return my points immediately and I’ll be done with you forever!

I bought a duvet in the wrong color
I bought a duvet in the wrong color. I called and Hush support walked me through Exchange. The system would let me complete the exchange to I ended buying a bedsheet so system will complete the transaction.
It's been more than a month and I have contacted Hush support - no one answers the phone number but you can get an agent on the chat line. They told me the returns team needs to work on the order and there is nothing they can do to escalate or help.
Horrible experience! Looks like they scammed me for $400.
