The firm handled our claim brilliantly, when I first met Ronnie Hutcheon he immediately put me at ease and was confident of the outcome. He did not disappoint I would recommend his firm to anyone

Registered for the Mercedes emissions claim well over a year ago. Sent them everything we had for both of the mercedes we leased. They continued to hassle us for the same information until we told them we were going with someone else. They then said no don't worry we have everything we need. Now a week before the alleged court case they are asking for yet again the same information they have had a long time ago. Utter incompetence!!!

I responded to an advert about Mercedes emmissions. When I read their response, I decided not to proceed as it was unclear what their charges are and what % of the claim they would charge.

I emailed them informing them of my decision. Despite this they have bombarded me with text messages and emails for the next few weeks.

I called them today and provided my name and contact details and asked them to remove me from their distribution list.

I got a call 15 mins later from a representative. He would not accept that I did not want to be contacted and was persistent like a 1970's double glazing salesman.

When I asked to be put through to a manager to lodge a complaint about his behaviour, he said the manager was too busy.

When I said I would address with the Law Society, he hung up on me.

I found my experience with this firm to be very unpleasant.
