fast delivery only 5 days to finland and good packing

I Bought Sunon DP200A pc fans and they arrived without packaging, instructions, or power cables. Looked for EU power cables online and (if they exist) they are very difficult to find. *Website now updated to state that the fans don´t come with power cables.

Some products removed from my order because out of stock. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient.

Manual Timer has Italian plug no I will have to either return it or buy and adapter. I bought clip on fan and it had EU plug!? Neither product description specified which I would be receiving although the timer had a picture. The digital timer seems to have an EU plug?

Suggestions for improvement:
Don´t suggest to customers that they rewire electronics if they can´t find the correct power cables! Dangerous advice.

If a product doesn´t come with everything you need to operate it, specify that. X is not included or X sold separately.

If your going to use .eu, sell products with EU plugs. or at least specify which plug the product uses. The picture is helpful but if there were a reminder "in text" it would help people to order the correct product for their needs/region.

Jeg bestilte hos dem en fredag aften, undersøgte lidt og fik hurtigt kolde fødder efter utallige utrolig dårlige anmeldelser og direkte anklager om snyd og bedrageri. Spærrede mit dankort og skrev til dem at handlen skulle annulleres. Efter 30 min svarede at det var fint og kan se handlen er annulleret på deres side. Ingen penge er trukket, ENDNU.
ved ikke hvad jeg skal sige om dem, men jeg turde ikke handle med dem, MEN de viser sig jo så faktisk hurtigt at svarer alligevel. Men køber et andet sted fra, når der er så mange dårlige anmeldelser på nettet.

EDIT: just before filing a complaint i received an email from hydroponics.eu offering to reimburst full amount including shipping return. It made me give them two rater than one star and drop filing the complaint.

"I Ordered a cool tube setup and some carbon activated filters.
The money was drawn from my account immediatly but i had to write the company after a week for the shipment.

Then they DID ship it but when received i got the wrong filters. CAN lite's 300CFM - The filter i ordered was specified as a CAN 125mm 365cfm.

The xtra outer filters i ordered and payed for obviously did not fit the lite filters so whith the filters (too small for me to use) and useless sleeves that's 100€ out the window :(
It will cost me 50€ to return the items and the company will not refund my shipping costs they just brushed me off.

I have filed a compaint showing every illegal action/screenshots and whatnot the company made to the italian
consumer board.

The Cool tube setup - Cool tube, in line fan (incredibly noisy and cast in plastic - cast lines not even removed)- are of incredibly poor quality. It DOES work so i cant complaint too much there.

One thing is for shure it did my last deal there. I shoulda checked Trustpilot first then i wouldn't have done ANY deals there.

Jeg bestilte en ny ballast og et nyt hygro/thermometer. I første omgang kom jeg til kun at bestille ballasten, jeg gjorde dem opmærksomme på det ved at sende en mail. De svarede inden for nogle timer hvor de skrev, at de ville tilføje hygro/thermometeret til pakken og sende en mail hvor jeg skulle betale for det. Jeg gjorde som de skrev og begyndte at vente, men da min pakke dukkede op var der kun en ballast i den. Jeg kontaktede Hydroponics EU og gjorde dem opmærksomme på det. Efter 3-4 mails frem og tilbage over 24timer var mit hygro/thermometer på vej i en ny pakke, free of charge :-).

De sender ikke varerne og svarer hverken på mail eller telefon.

Advarsel - Hold jer langt langt væk!!!

I have tried to email them daily for more than two weeks, on all their mailadresses and have not got one reply yet!!

Been 16 days and still no delivery.

The company refuses to respond e-mails, phone calls and online chat support.

No response, no delivery and no money.

En hjemmeside som lover alverden men leverer intet.
Der gik over 30 dagee inden jeg fik min pakke, og der manglede flere af tingene da de ankom...

For jeres egen skyld, så hold jer væk!
