Delivery was a little slower than usual but as always reordered with no problems. Easy checkout and excellent product. Customer service is 2nd to none.

Really poor service. I ordered a supplement for my horse as she was running out. I received an order confirmation email but nothing else, so after a week I emailed to see what was happening with my order. I had no reply so I called after 9 days where I was told they were out of stock of this product despite no one having contacted me. I requested a refund (which I am still waiting to enter my account) but was not offered any compensation for the time and inconvenience caused.

All good. Prompt service. As usual.

A week after placing the order I’m still waiting for delivery…I’ve followed the tracking information and Royal Mail seem to be shipping the parcel back and forth between my local office and the shippers local office. I’ve now tried to contact yourselves via email and also using your message system on your website and i’ve had no response. Final straw was the email asking for feedback….summary would be stop using royal mail as they are too unreliable, secondly respond to customers who are simply asking for some help
