wow... Good prices and actually delivered what I ordered and this last order was here 2 days later...given I'm not in metropolitan area, was pretty impressed. Ha, I was actually sitting there complaining to myself that I had not heard from them or the delivery people on a delivery date, when a white van pulled into driveway and proceeded to bring me my order. Will be buying all my tech stuff from them.

Product died after 20 mins. i-tech response was to refer me to manufacturer with no care. No local support..
These guys are just box pushers with no real customer care.

I recently purchased a QNAP TS-653D-8G NAS from i-Tech P/L. Compared to my aged Netgear NAS which has functioned flawlessly for the past 10 years, this NAS has so many options and functions around it, that it took me a little time to get my head around the different approach. After a considerable amount of reading, I managed to fire it up without too much issue.
After being unable to purchase another Netgear NAS, i-Tech was very good and helpful. As the QNAP NAS was in stock they had it delivered to me promptly. Any correspondence was prompt and to the point.
All in all, a very good transaction, and I am happy with the outcome.

Always the best price with very fast service. I have been dealing with them for many years with not a single problem. Most of my purchases are in response to their regular email offers, which invariably offer free postage too. My experience with them goes back to when they offered pickup from their premises.

Horrible customer service. Item shipped with missing parts and they refused to send out replacement, instead directing me to deal with the manufacturer which is a long drawn out process. Would never shop with them again
