Although I experienced a few difficulties the first time I used this service the agents online help chat more than made up for it. They were always happy to help with every enquiry I had, even on a Saturday night!!
I received over 23 enquiries within 3 days and have let the property in under a week!
I can highly recommend and will most definitely be using their service again.

Fair price for the outreach you get. The software is a bit clunky and inputting property details may require repeat attempts. Didn't like the property sign they affix to your property, better if you could affix it yourself and reposition/remove at one's discretion.
Applicants can easily respond - perhaps too easily. Increasing number of requests from fellow agents and scammers. The emails are not presented in a user-friendly fashion and functionality of software is very limited. Flow-through from other web sites (RightMove etc) means applicants don't know which property you're contacting them about.
IATA should carefully think about improving the landlord side services/interface as rivals will outcompete them otherwise. For the time being, will do but needs improvement. I've used IATA since, I think, 2015 - that in itself is an endorsement of sorts.

A very supportive agent with a rather long-winded transaction. I would recommend their whole shebang package if you are not able to facilitate viewings and bookings by yourself. Found them very responsive to my queries and very efficient at dealing with other third parties, such as the solicitors. If you want to sell your home commission and hassle free I would recommend them.

I Am The Agent is a fast, efficient and high value way to giving your property maximum exposure on the property market, whilst ensuring that you remain in full control of your rental or purchase process. I would never use another estate agent!

Great service! My advert was displayed on the Rightmove site within a few hours and I had 6 immediate enquiries. Gone within 2 days!

Helpful, well informed staff. Very simple listing process. Ads clearly reach the right audience as I had 10 replies in the first day and flat was let within 3 days.... At less than 5% of high street agents prices it's a obvious choice. Recommended.

We did a great deal of preparation before marketing our property. Good photos and considered description. Then we handed it over to IATA. Our first viewing produced a full asking price offer. We had many inquiries even though the property was 'Under Offer' in less than a week. IATA were always at the end of a phone. An excellent personal service. Very helpful and accommodating. Great value for money and I recommend them highly.

I loved my first experience of letting my property through I am the Agent. The level of help and advice offered was incredible - agents were always available to discuss the different steps to finding good tenants, and I had two excellent agents dedicated to me. This is very unlike dealing with a high-street estate agent which juggles you between their large team, and you have to explain everything from scratch each time you call!

This was a very personalised, intelligent & human service. It also cost a fraction of what I've been paying to estate agents up until now! Thank you so much to Kris, Lynton and the other members of the brilliant team.

I am a returning customer to 'I am the agent' and they have once again continued been a great estate agent to work with. Fast, value for money & efficient. The partners they work with (EPC rep, photographer I used) are also of the same high standard.

Over the phone they were always extremely helpful and polite. They also offered helpful rental valuation reports when I was unsure what the rental of my property should be.

Overall, the service offers excellent value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to either by or sell their property. My property is now let and only took 6 days - and this in part was down to their valuable support.

We have used them twice now. Both times renting the property successfully. We have found them to be efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Their web site is easy to use and we have had no trouble getting thro to them on the phone should we wish. No hesitation in recommending them.

I'm so pleased with the service that I received from IAMTHEAGENT. They were very informativeand willing to help from start to finish. I would certainly and have been recommending then to friends and family! The experience with them is very different from the experience i've received from traditional estate agents which in my opinion is a great thing!

I find the customer service provided by I Am The Agent nothing short of excellent. This is the first online lettings agency I have tried and I firmly intend to keep using them in the future. My one regret is that I didn't start using them years ago. Highly recommended

Compared to the provider that I have used previously iamtheagent were cheaper with a better IT platform and generally better customer service.
I will be using them again for renting if my properties.

My goodness! I am the Agent really is the BEST! I own a flat in London and for two years I used a prestigious but unprofessional Estate Agent (Felicity Lord). It was not a happy experience at all which is why I looked elsewhere. They offered nothing more than I am the agent and I just do not understand how the price can vary so much between the two companies.

I am the Agent charged £400 to do EVERYTHING that I needed:
- Found two wonderful tenants,
- carried out very thorough and professional checks and references,
- wrote a very thorough and professional tenancy agreement,
- Organised an inventory,
- Organised the tenancy deposit scheme and more.
The London Estate Agent charged me well over £7000 for doing the same thing with terrible service and worse tenants.

To discover I am The Agent has been an absolutely amazing experience. They offered a personalised, professional service for a relatively tiny amount. They gave advice and were prompt in replying to my emails and questions . They recommended a fantastic Tenancy Deposit Security Company. I also organised an Inventory through them which again was very professional and well done.

I can hardly believe the difference between a "top" estate agent and "I am the Agent" These guys deserve nothing but success. They work hard for their money and deliver an incredible service.

As a first time house seller it can be daunting but I Am The Agent could not have been more helpful. They guided me every step of the way and were happy to answer all of my questions. They have been extremely prompt in their correspondence with some replies only being a matter of minutes. Incredibly friendly and polite whilst maintaining a professional approach. I would unhesitatingly recommend this firm.

We wanted our property and photo''s put on righmove eetc but we wanted to do the viewings ourselves. I am an agent let us know when enquiries were made by text and e-mail. We then contacted the clients only one caused a problem because the person did not have an e-mail and no telephone was taken by the agent so I had no way of contacting the client. I phoned up and told them about this and it was fine after that. We have an offer which we have accepted.
