I used I am the agent to advertise my apartment onto major websites such as Rightmove & Zoopla. At first we had a couple of problems with the postcode as it was a new build but the I am the agent team sorted this out quickly and efficiently. This service allowed me to find a tenant within a week! I will definitely be using I am the agent again.

A great service which allows the seller of landlord to pay a fair price for selling or renting their property
In the current booming property market of London I have always wondered how agents justify their % cuts on property sales, which can often only pass through their hands for a few days. The same goes for rentals.
I am the agent passes the power back to the seller or landlord, allowing them to do the not-so-difficult job of photographing and writing about their property, after which with the help of I am the Agent, they can then turn this into an add that is viewable on the main selling and letting sites for the Uk.
A great idea that levels the playing field- i am amazed no one did it sooner!

Would definetely recommend!
The lowest fees I have seen from online or high street agents. You know exactly what you are paying for! All the viewings are quite easy to book based on what I was told by people who were coming to view my place. If you want to add extra features I AM THE AGENT is happy to do it. Were kindly chasing me when I was late with reply ;)

Beyond excellent
I have been working with IamTheAgent to rent my Greenwich apartment for four years. Their service is beyond exceptional. They have found good tenants for me, dealt promptly and efficiently with maintenance issues, and advised me helpfully about improvements. Payment is completely prompt, and they always answer my queries, and are always available to speak to me - a rare service in these days of call service and music-on-hold.

A first class service at a competitive price that I've used on a number of occasions and can't fault. Great to receive reminders about e.g. Gas Safety Certificate expiry coming up. Whoever devised the business model had their finger on the pulse! Keep it up and your business will flourish.

Great service , as good as high street estate agents and much much cheaper.
Easy to set up on line, `for sale` board quickly delivered. Viewings within a few days, 12 in all. 3 viewers wanted to buy, difficult decision but to be fair accepted first firm offer very near asking price.
Local high street estate agents under valued my property by £5000.
I supplied my own photos , arranged and conducted viewings and .achieved my asking price within 2 weeks.
After looking at several on line estate agents I chose `I am the agent` , a lot cheaper than other on line agents. I will use again in future.

Prompt, efficient service
We essentially wanted a cheap way of listing our property on Rightmove. I Am The Agent was an excellent solution for us. We entered the information about our property on their portal and they then uploaded this to their website and all lead property search websites. We had full control of arranging viewings and responding to enquires. For us, I Am The Agent was perfect and very cost effective.

Quick sale, excellent communication and advice
I am the agent helped me to sell my property in under 3 weeks. I wanted to be in control of the sale deciding on offers etc and tried a local estate agent who wanted to charge 2 thousand pounds. I am the agent offered me a tailored service allowing me to do my own photos, viewings and negotiations on offers all for £299. They sent me a free for sale sign and placed the property on all the property portals so it had the best exposure. They also offered great advice. They offer different services dependent on your needs which I found much better than high street estate agents who allow you to manage as much as you want but always for the same expensive price. I received two offers within the same week and negotiated almost an asking price offer. I am the agent can also manage the viewings, photos, negotiations etc if you don't want to do this yourself. I've recommended this estate agent to my friends and colleagues and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to tailor their own selling requirements. Selling a house can be difficult but I am the agent offered me great advise which helped me to sell quickly.
