I used IC property to buy my house and had a great experience. This was my first attempt to buy a property so I was on edge, but the agent (Murat) explained step by step and made my experience easier. Great estate agent I would recommend to everyone!!!

I was recommended IC property by a friend and I havnt looked back since. Murat found us our home to rent which we were very happy about as our old landlord sold the property we were living in. He was very professional and kept us updated at all times. Would definitely recommend IC property.

Two years of trouble free renting!
We have been clients of IC Property for the past two years and have always been impressed with the help and advice they have provided.
It's obvious that problems will arise when renting a property, but Kevin and his Team manage to iron out any issues quickly and professionally.
Special thanks to Murat and Jessica who look after both ours and our tenants interests.

IC property was a pleasant agents to deal with I was very impressed with the leve of professionalism. Mr Murat was friendly, patience and most importantly understanding of my needs. I was always ketp up to date and informed of any changes throughout the whole process. Not only did IC property help me find somewhere to live but they also helped me find somwhere that I can call home. I believe this is so because Mr Murat and the team had my best interest at heart. Thank you.

Highly recommended
Murat is always available to speak to in and out of office hours. He is always helpful and always looks out for the customers interests.
IC property are a brilliant agent and would highly recommend them.

IC Property
I cannot recommend IC Property enough, they have looked after my property for several years now and have delivered a professional and friendly service. They have dealt with issues that have arisen promptly and taken the stress out for myself.
Murat in particular has been wonderful, he has dealt with any queries and problems swiftly and always happy to help.
A wonderful agency that I will defiantly recommend to any busy Landlord who hasn’t got the time to contend with everything that letting a property entails.
