My own journey
I visited Michael for the first time in 2021 as a very stressed , broken , anxious person who was very close to Rock
bottom . Through Michael's expertise, empathy , professionalism and complete dedication I managed to get back to a much better place and was able to return to work , thank you Michael . Marie

I saw Micheal from State of Mind
I saw Micheal from State of Mind, I found Micheal very easy to talk to. He helped me with relationship issues and helped me to deal with and understand how my depression was impacting my relationships.
Through his insightfulnes he helped me re focus and change my career which I will forever be thankfully.

Highly recommend Michael
Seen Michael for nearly 3 years and he helped me through some really difficult times. Always made me feel understood and able to face the challenges ahead of me.
Very well studied and can draw from a wide range of techniques.
Can't say enough about how much Michael helped me through difficult times

Excellent!
I've been seeing Michael for a long time and he has helped me through some tough times with excellent results! He is open, honest and his remote sessions are excellent. He understands and gets to root issues and helps deal with them effectively and sensitively. An excellent professional!

I personally found my experience with…
I personally found my experience with state of mind psychotherapy was very helpful in helping me understand how to deal with my emotions and gave me the "mental toolkit" as I call it. I felt very welcomed and comfortable to share my life experiences. I have been attending the last 2 years.
