Super happy with the communication and the turnaround on our conference ID badges. We did a fully custom design, with a data upload for variable names, and a quick turnaround time. Our badges just arrived today, a week before the conference, and they look beautiful. The product and printing are high quality, and I'm so happy to have found a vendor to use for our future conferences.

I found the website easy to use to upload our premade design and straightforward to order. The pricing was great too. I had to remove a star because our second shipment was ordered with 2-day delivery and didn't arrive in time for our event, however ID&C made it right and refunded us for that shipment.

Great Quality, Exceptional Customer Service
The lanyards we ordered came out beautifully and everyone at our event loved them! When a crazy shipping SNAFU happened, the customer service team was immediately on top of it, shipping a reprint of our order and ensuring it arrived before our event on an extremely tight turnaround. I absolutely recommend them!

Quick and quality
Bracelets received quickly and looked exactly as they were designed. Wish they had more options for sliders that don't lock the bracelet in place. Like the wooden bead but didn't need the locking feature.

The final product had an inverted logo…
The final product had an inverted logo on our lanyards. I missed it in the proof because the proof is TINY and everything else was correct. It was embarrassing to have an upside down state when lobbying at our state Capitol. I received a 20% refund, which was disappointing.

If you would like to instead return your entire order for a full refund, we can do that as well. Hi Stephanie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on your recent order of custom fabric wristbands. I can see that you ordered our secure lock option which is meant to be secured on the users wrist, and cut off when done being used. For future orders where you may want a reusable option, we suggest ordering our adjustable lock (which is at no additional cost), so that your users can remove once the event is over.
