As we are getting married in Venice next year the Save the Date cards showing the scene of the city were perfect. I ordered them online on a friday evening and was able to play around easily with the wording to get it just perfect. They arrived well within the 8-10 days advertised and are absolutely perfect.

Ordered some beautiful invitations for my 11 year old daughter's party. The website was so easy to use, she did them herself! Invitations arrived within 48 hours the colours were fantastic and were printed with a lovely glossy finish and beautifully packaged. We were thrilled with them. We will definitely use this company again and not hesitate to recommend to all our friends.

Items arrived in three days of order. It is absolutly great. I hate some problems, but did call company and they helped me with no problem. When I need something like that again you are the first to browse

Great treatment, really cute invitation, and arrived reaaly quik in my home, I asked them and I got it 4 days, GREAT, I'd recomend sincerely this company

great invitations, but when I found an offer in a wedding magazine for 10% off I was really pleased- however the code didn't work. after a few emails I gave up. few weeks later another advert saying 10% off - I rang up and was told that the discount was included in the stated price- even though that hadn't changed in months! when I explained this the girl suddenly gave me the discount as I was prepared to order that day.
Lovely invites but skanky non existent discounts

All arrived in perfect condition (I think, as i havent written in them yet!) and within the time stated - the quality was great for the price paid and nice to be able to personalise the inside - but I did find this a bit tricky at times! Would recommend them.

The items arrived before date I expected and looked even better than on site. Site was easy to use.
Only thing I would say is that envelopes didnt arrive with the order and there was nothing to say they were on their way, however when I rang customer service the lady was really helpful explained they came on a later shipment and they arrived when she promised they would. Would use this service again and have reccommened to friends.

quite amused to find mail from you this morning asking me to give feedback, as despite being given an 8-10 day delivery of my xmas cards have not received them and this isday 15!!

I ordered save the date cards and got a call to say that there was a mistake in the text which they couldn't fix so I had to re-order. This was fine although when I re-ordered the new cards came with a full stop instead of a comma in the middle of the address so it looks bad but I have paid for them now so have to send them out and hope no one notices!

Just received my cards today and can't beleive how good they look and how fast they came. I Can't wait to send them out.

We are completely disgusted with the service. We were given a delivery date of 8-10 working days we are now at day 12 and have still not taken delivery of our table plan.....our wedding has been and gone. At considerable expense to ourselves we had to request and emergency replacement from a different supplier the night before to be specially delivered the morning of our wedding. This has caused great distress to us as we had wanted everything to run smoothly.
We would not recommend you to anyone

I ordered our wedding invitations, evening invitations and thank you cards through ido-personalise. I loved being able to personalise the wording and the choice on offer. The cards arrived within days of ordering and where perfect, everyone has commented on how great they look. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I ordered the design with our names written in the sand as I am getting married abroad, they arrived within 4 days of ordering and look fab even the envelopes are really good quality can't wait to hand them out!

TOP TIP - I only needed 20 day invites but I am also having a reception when I return from Jamaica and needed 150 invites so since you can change all the wording on the inside I ordered the reply cards (cheaper and smaller in size) and changed the wording to my evening reception details and they were perfect.
