Just stop doing reviews

IGN, once a respected name in gaming journalism, has fallen into disrepute. Their reviews are consistently biased, often favoring games from specific publishers or developers. It's clear that they're more interested in lining their pockets than providing honest, unbiased opinions.

Their review scores are often wildly inaccurate, leaving gamers feeling misled and disappointed. It's become a joke among the gaming community to simply ignore IGN's ratings and rely on reviews from more trustworthy sources.

It's disheartening to see such a once-prominent outlet stoop to such low standards. Their greed and unethical practices have tarnished the reputation of gaming journalism as a whole. It's time for gamers to demand better and boycott companies like IGN that prioritize profit over integrity.

Don't trust these guys reviews on games or anything, unfollow. Look at their concord review a game that didn't last a month and everyone got a refund had 7/10 score. Woke review / woke game / and guess what it's a DEAD GAME!

This lying website keeps lying about every game review! It doesn’t matter if the game is broken or whatever it may be.
Their reviews can not be trusted.
At this point IGN is an absolute nuisance to the gaming world in general. I really hope IGN goes under soon because no real gamer can take them serious at this point. Don’t listen to IGN because you’re pretty much guaranteed to loose your money!

There reviews suck because its base on idealogy instead of fun. I avoid any ign related content from now on.

These people have very little gaming experience compared to other sites.

This "company" is more of a mafia network with other companies like Sweet Baby Inc, PC Gamers, Screen Rant, etc holding hands and pushing a woke agenda.

The journalist is very much using misleading tactic and straight up fraudulence in journalism

Sweet baby exige a desarrolladoras que implemente sus políticas DEI contratandolos y pidiendo cifras desorvitantes de dinero , y como las compañías se nieguen a contratar sus servicios, la amenazan y le envian a sus lacayos para que saquen noticias falsas de dicha empresa o de su director de desarrollo acusandolo de machista u omofogo, uno de sus lacayos es IGN.

Stop it. If you don't want to play the games it's fine. But you need to shut the hell up and let people enjoy the games they want. Stop stuffing "woke" in everything. People just want to enjoy and have fun playing games.

IGN has long ago lost its roots as by gamers for gamers, now it is a soulless cooperation using and pushing DEI to try and hide its shady extortion attempts.

Au lieu d'embaucher des gamers compétents pour analyser les jeux vidéos qu'ils testent, ils ont choisi les politiquement corrects non-binaires au cheveux bleus, toujours plus soucieux de gagner des points de vertu auprès de leur communauté, que de partager la passion (qu'ils n'ont pas) pour tout ce qui n'est pas féminisme 4.0... On ne le répètera jamais assez : "go woke, go broke".

One of the many companies that are a prime example of: "go woke, go broke". IGN has lost its touch as THE go-to place for videogames, where the reviews were before written by true gamers, all that matters now is howmuch diversity and wokeism is in a game, a good example of a sweet baby inc and blackrock puppet.

Long have I known about IGN and its horrible practices. The first hatred sparked when they sold bought Gamespy and sold the most important part to GLU affecting 1000s of games.

Then IGN started dabbling with unethical games journalism which was a part of the real GamerGate, not the reason the established media wants you to believe.

And to the last they are now dabbling allot in politics and joining up with organisation who dabbles with cyberbulling, racism and sexism.

IGN as a gaming journalist organisation is long gone and its words carries no weight in the balance of truth.

I have chosen to wait writing this review in case it was fixed at some point (wishful thinking), but this has been an issue since I have started using IGN on my mobile up to over a year ago.

While IGN has served well on some fronts hence two stars in lieu of one, using the website on a mobile is beyond infuriating. The ads on pages fill up the screen and laid in so slowly that when you tap somewhere on the page, you click the ads instead. When watching videos, the ad that plays before (if you are lucky) will sometimes load only its audio for up to 15 seconds and be unskippable after the regular five seconds. The video player sometimes snaps incorrectly so that you cannot exit or change what part of a video you want to watch due to it filling up too much of the screen to tap either out of it or pause it; this has never been an issue on other sites with my device. Furthermore, if you are plagued by an add that has an X to close, it will sometimes be untappable on the video itself.

While I get some enjoyment from the videos, it'd be far more enjoyable with a player that works and if it is ever fixed, I will happily change this review.
