I deposited $600 and won $12,000+. I foolishly gambled and lost most of it back. I set a bottom to the losses and initiated a withdrawal for $3500. The amount i needed to pay my lawyer the next day. instead of money, i get an email saying i violated some referral program bonus and they confiscate and force me to forfeit all my funds. First of all i clicked a link my cousin sent me and i join. We live under the same roof at the moment because of renovations going on at my place. In the email, they say i violated something and list about 10 things i COULD HAVE violated that gives them the right to take my money. I ask for further explanation and they said they have evidence of some sort but cannot show me. I said i'm a genuine and authentic new player so i dont know what the hell they're talking about. I have an ID with my name on it that proves i say i am who i am. They provide no evidence of their own and dont even ask to see mine, and apparently thats enough for them to steal my money and think they will get away with it. I'm a frequent gambler on multiple platforms, as is my cousin who sent me the link. My cousin is even a Hall of Fame leveled patron on Bovada. We both have gambling in common and although we look for deals, we stick with the ones that have credibility, good customer service and quick payouts. Pretty standard i would assume in any business. I spoke to live chat as instructed and was told the same thing. I violated something, "cant tell you specifically what, but trust us we did a thorough review and our decision is final." I had a feeling not to trust my cousin this time and too bad i didnt listen to it. Ignition is simply a bootleg, "Temu" version of Bovada. They copy the userface, give out large bonuses to lure you in, and if you win alot, they either give you the run around, slow pay you, or completely take your money away by blaming it on some rule they cant even show you evidence of. I i wasnt in need of money to pay my lawyer, I might not have even given this a chance but it came recommended/referred, had a large welcome bonus attached and looked user friendly. I'm an idiot for listening to my stupid cousin and even more so by depositing $600 (all my bankroll ) to win that $3500 with Ignition. I went to bed happy and thankful i fund a new site to gamble and tell all my friends about. I woke up with a nightmare that i had to WARN all my friends about. I'm definitely an idiot if i walk away from this and not doing anything proactive to protect other people from falling prey and my principals as a man. I am currently in talks with a friend whos a federal lawyer about a class action lawsuit against Ignition ranging from fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, malpractice, illegal confiscation of customers funds, and maybe throw in some tax evasion with their much preferred crypto currency usage and deposits. I'm going to show them you cant take another man's property without a fight. i'll bring holy hell to their doorstep once i'm done. feel free to contact me if you have any bad experiences or concerns you want to add on or if you want to be a part of the class action.

I had a really disappointing experience with Ignition Casino. I made a $50 deposit specifically to qualify for a promotion they were advertising, only to be told I didn’t qualify because my deposit was off by ONE penny. One cent. That’s all it took for them to deny the promotion entirely.

What’s frustrating isn’t just the technicality—it’s how inflexible and unsupportive their customer service was about it. There was zero effort to work with me, no consideration of intent, and no attempt to make it right, even though it was obvious I deposited for that exact offer.

It honestly feels misleading to promote these deals so heavily and then hide behind such a tiny technicality to deny players. Situations like this make it hard to trust their promotions at all.

If you’re thinking about depositing for a bonus, be extremely careful and double-check every detail down to the cent—or better yet, consider playing somewhere else. This experience left a really bad impression.

I don't believe that the scratch card can't be manually overridden I think that is a pitiful response and I clearly only deposited $50 for the scratch card so to not even offer me anything after clearly seeing what my intention was combined with my previous deposits I have never once deposited $50 not one time and to just tell me oh well better luck next time just shows you what kind of customer service you guys actually have. Customer satisfaction and customer retention is definitely not your number one priority. Thanks for the explanation though. I will never play at ignition again. Toodles

Substantiating the review from Nico Ruie( Joe). Yes i'm that cousin. Ignition is outright wrong and messed up for this situation. They DID NOT pay my cousin $3500. He deposited $600 and won the $3500. He met all the requirements to withdraw and when he did, was emailed back a letter saying the withdrawal was declined and listed about 10 things from him not being real, to using a VOIP, to not being a first time customer etc.... no evidence no questions, just it has been reviewed and his account has been closed and money forfeited. ALL decisions FINAL . He talked to someone on live chat who did not help, then got to a manager, who also said the same. He needed the money for his lawyer fees the next day, thought the larger welcome bonus would be advantageous for him to use and sent him a link. I was wrong and feel like a jerk steering him down the wrong path. I hope Ignition does the right thing and fixes this not only because its the right thing to do, but he's not kidding about his plans. Joe's a relentless and stubborn taurus that will see things thru if he is hyper focused on it. And guess what, this is ALL he's been talking about to EVERYONE the last two days. So do the right thing Ignition. And yes I am HOF level on Bovada. and all because the service at Bovada is always friendly and helpful. Their slots pay out...(check my review for Bovada) they pay out quickly, and its super fun to use. Only downside is not a very deep collection of slot games but what does it matter if you dont ever get paid....you wont even get an explanation.

Bots are rife on this site. People are using AI bots to cheat. It's quite obvious and has been researched. Ignition Casino is doing nothing about it. They may say they are but they aren't. You are losing money while Ignition Casino is making money and so are the AI bot scammers. The ROI for them is positive. It's a nice side hustle. This is neither hyperbole or a rant from a bad streak of luck. These are facts.

I had no real issues with the casino until they sent me a survey to my email stating that they would pay me $10 if I completed it. I completed it, waited until the last day for them to pay me. I waited until the day was over and contacted them.. showed them the email they sent me but support still said that they have no record of sending me the survey or any record of me completing it. If they will cheat you with the small things, they’ll cheat you with the bigs wins too.

Ignition Poker is a go to because of my location there aren't other sites for me to play at, I will be honest if I could go to a different site I would. I only say this because when the site is working it is excellent. Numerus times the game has froze on me in critical spots when in tournaments and I was the chip leader and its so hard to win a tournament when you are in rare spots to be chip leader and the game freezes its so upsetting. I sometimes can only get back in the site hours later and when I contact support they are so unhelpful as they check on their end and say they don't see any issues and the tournaments I'm in have like 30k for first prize. This doesn't happen all the time when the site is working its great. I have spent 10's of thousands on this site and although it is a good site when investing so much money its terrible to have to worry about this issue that happens to frequent and support never helps, but its a good site when working.
