I went to I handi with my old phone for a screen repair. I was told that I could have it done but the phone was old and would soon stop receiving updates. I purchased a new phone from them but the data in my old phone was corrupt so did not transfer properly. The manager was not happy to give me back the phone that had had the corrupt data transferred to it so gave me a replacement. After five days of driving them crazy I now have a working phone. Very grateful to them
