I’ve been an active Copilot user at work for some time, but the course has helped me level up with new skills and techniques that I now use daily. For example, I’ve started saving prompts, which means I no longer need to scroll through old chats.

Recently, I faced a major challenge at work when IT changed the password for the engineering database to block “rogue reports” and fix the issue of the system freezing. I was the one tasked with recreating reports centrally for all sites using SSRS, a programme I had zero prior experience with. One site in particular was pushing hard for a quick turnaround, so I needed to get several reports up and running fast.

After just over week, I was in a strong position and making real progress (no longer being bombarded with emails). Most of the reports were back running, and with SSRS the data is now only extracted on demand, rather than being refreshed constantly. Without Copilot, and my improved knowledge regarding prompting, this would have taken months.

Myself and my team have completed three levels of Excel Training with Imagine Training and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. The trainer was excellent - very engaging and knowledgeable. We all use Excel on a daily basis but have learnt so much which will help us work more effectively and efficiently.
